They don't have good time management you make an appointment and end up waiting in the waiting room over an hour when asked whats the hold up the front desk lady is rude

I brought my 2 kids ages 7 and 4 and let me tell you they loved it the girls in the back were super nice with them they walked thru what they were going to do and yes i was aloud to walk them back and my kids were not alone they walked me back to talk to the dentist and i meet both Dr Choo and Dr Velasco they explained everything that was going on i felt like my kids were their #1 priority while they were being seen. The girls in the front took care of all my questions i had regarding our insurance.

SCARY! Scary for parents and children! You are not allowed to go in with your child. They make you wait in the waiting room. My little 4 year old crying saying she doesn't want to go alone. The front desk girls saying absolutely no way are parents ever allowed while then child is in the back. Are they hiding something? We left and didnt go thru with it. The first children dentist we called after, next to the hospital in Turlock, laughed when we told them the story. They said please come here and sit with your child the entire time. It was not the first time they had heard the story.

Not a place for children. We went here for a while and thought we were getting quality care. Had to switch because fillings kept falling out and getting cavities underneath. I thought that was weird. My sons 1st adult molar where the fillings fell out and one was replaced only to fall out again (by thia dentist) are destroyed and our new dentist said quote...I'll try to save them. This office damages 2 of his adult molars possibly beyond saving. If I could give a negitive start I would. This place cost us $3k in damages and and possible loss of adult teeth at age 8.

Dr. Choo is awesome. Great dentist. Vanessa the receptionist is wonderful. They don't take advantage of hard working people. They only suggest the work you actually need. Honest place.

This place is the worst. They made me feel bad about my son's teeth. I switched to Western dental and he can get alot covered even crowns and he had a root canal in Merced but slsohe is getting sealants next month that is covered by dentical. The ladies in front always pretty much ignore me and make me feel less than. Don't take your family here. I don't care if they have 4.5 stars I find that hard to believe. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is the worst. They made me feel bad about my son's teeth.
