I had a voicemail from the front desk that they had to move my appointment, and now I've called back three times to reschedule an appointment with my name and phone number, and no call-back or anything! I won't be going here because apparently no one at the front desk knows how to do their basic job responsibilities.

I have been a patient of Dr. Quinn since he first took over Dr. Steele's practice. He is absolutely wonderful to work with, is thorough when he does work on my teeth, and is just a joy to have as my dentist. His hygienist, Betty, and I have been friends for over 30 years there. You cannot ask for better service. I highly recommend Dr. Quinn and his staff!

I broke my partial had been told it could not be repaired. Dr Quinn and his nurse both said they wanted to try to repair and not charge me for a new one if that one could be repaired. Both Dr Quinn and his staff were very kind. I was very impressed and would recommend him to anyone.

I want to preface this review by saying the doctors and dental assistants? Amazing! Very sweet, very understanding people, and I felt taken seriously. Everything that happened after the visit? Abysmal. I was fit-in for an emergency visit and they were unable to help me. That's fine, they can't fix everything! The problem is that I then waited two days with a majorly swollen face for a promised call that never came. I had to call in to ask for an update, since a few doctors between two practices were supposed to talk about a plan and get back to me and that never happened. Reception stated that they thought I just needed an extraction, and I explained the situation. It was then insinuated that I hadn't gotten called both due to a misunderstanding on their part AND the fact that they didn't take my insurance, but they then said they'd call me the next day so I wasn't going to dwell on that. That call also never happened and I had (and still have) questions and worries! I privately messaged them about these issues and got radio silence. Trying to pay them has also been a nightmare, and it's looking like another phone call mess ahead of me. If they take your insurance, reception can take your payment then and there, and you don't need post-visit calls then it's fantastic! Otherwise you might as well go somewhere else to spare a miscommunication-induced migraine. The worst part is that I'm fairly sure my new insurance includes them in-network, but I can't bring myself to go back after all this.

I do not fear going to the dentist, because my dentist is Dr. Quinn. He does five-star work and is a super nice fellow!
