I originally saw Dr. Chong for a second opinion on a dental implant issue. His advice and referral to a local periodontist saved me undergoing an unneeded procedure. I then switched dentists and have been seeing him for the past three years. He is by far the best dentist I have ever had. His staff, from the hygienists to the front office are excellent. I gladly travel from Gig Harbor to Federal Way for my appointments it is well worth the extra time and travel. I highly recommend Dr. Chong and his staff to anyone. He is also a Vet I I thank him for his service.

This is the first time that my wife has met Dr. Chong. Being that she was a little nervous . She felt very comfortable in his care. As of 7/14/22 visit Kim my wife is doing great and did very well with her procedure. She was very happy and impressed.

Dr Chong and his staff and techs are THE BEST. I enjoy going to THE DENTIST, what I tell my friends. Most people DO NOT like going to THE DENTIST, but, I DO. Thank you very much for a quality group that you have. 2 THUMBS UP!!

Friendly, courteous, and professional staff. Beautiful facility! As someone who has had many dental visits and concerns over the years at dental offices all over the country, this dental office is by far the best one I have ever been to. Great experience! You will not be disappointed with your results!

The Best Dentist and Staff! Front office staff is nice and friendly and the Assistants are very calming and explained the procedure well. Dr. Chong is so very good, he takes his time and makes sure every detail is correct. Great with injections and makes sure my bit is correct after my fillings.

I've never been impressed by a dentist before, but here I am, giving a 5 star review 4 years after I had to leave the Seattle area. Dr. Chong, please open an office in eastern Washington!

We are so impressed with Dr. Chong, Alex, and the entire staff. They took time to carefully and thoroughly examine my husbands dentures and make recommendations. Both Dr. Chong and Alex gave such clear explanations and answered all our questions. We've been to other Prosthodontists' clinics and this has been our best experience.

Once again Dr Chong and staff provided the most excellent quality care I have experienced in my life! Always friendly, caring and welcoming. My wife and I have had nothing but the BEST experience and final outcome. I have never had a crown done that fits and feels as well as the artistic and technical genius of Dr Chong! As always a very thorough cleaning with pleasant "catch-up on the lives of everyone" conversation to make the time fly. :-) When an issue with a very old crown cropped up, the explanation of why, what to do about it and when was very concise and informative. The front office staff and all the hygienists, assistants, techs are amazing as is the Dr. himself. This is one dentist office that you can look forward to going to to have your dental work completed.

Greeted with a smile. Comfortable waiting area. Short wait; I was a bit early. Luda checked and cleaned my teeth. Luda is the best. Professional, top quality, knowledgeable, gentle. Explains everything. Provides excellent dental advice. Luda is the very best. There is no one better. Dr Chong is friendly, professional knowledgeable. He provides the best, quality service.

Dr. Chong and all of his staff are excellent. It is so relaxing to have dental work done in a family atmosphere. Luda, my hygienist, remembers my hobbies and my family striking up a conversation around my favorite topic of restoring cars.. Dr. Chong leads his staff by example. He remembers who I am and what I like to do in my retirement years. Very personable. Thank you for providing such a pleasant and professional dental office. Greg Lusk

What a great team! We couldn't stand my husband's last dentist, who always kept us in the dark and never explained anything. In 5 minutes with Alex, we learned more about his situation than in 4 years with the old dentist. They were all great, friendly, explained in detail and so we would understand and we are now at the point we should have been several years ago. It's tough when you don't know, but I feel confident that we do know now, and have all the information we need to move forward. Thank you!

The end result is my amazing smile and comments from others. The dental hygienist from other company said that my implant was perfectly done. I am very happy, thanks to Dr. Chong and his assistant that give me a through explanation on how to take care of my implant.
