I would give 0 stars if I could. All of their positive reviews is why I originally chose this office, but I've replayed that visit in my head for years afterwards. The office staff was friendly and kind. The doctor, on the other hand, is the most pretentious man I've ever met and grossly unprofessional. I've needed substantial work done my entire life growing up due to genetics. Upon first seeing me, the doctor said, "I don't know why a pretty thing like you is here about possible bonding treatments. You're too young and pretty!" During the evaluation, he asked what I was going to school for. When I said a teacher, he made a "joke" saying "You're not teaching them dental hygiene are you?" After the evaluation, he told me, "You need to marry rich because this is going to cost you." His words rang in my ears for some time. His office staff was kind and apologized for his behavior. I wish he would have said those words to me now though. He's entitled, pretentious, and a mistogynist.

I had 2 crowns prepped on Tuesday. The injections were painless, treatment time was quick and the best part of all was once the numbness wore off I could not tell that I had dental treatment. No soreness or sensitivity at all. This office is not one of those who tries to see a zillion patients in a day. They take time to treat patients like family and I never felt rushed. They weren't on my insurance provider list but my co-pay was minimal.....Not but a few dollars more than had I chosen someone "in network". Give them a try and I am confident that you'll be glad you did. Dr. Wilkey is the best!

Great atmosphere and the staff is wonderful. They give you an estimate of the charges before the work is performed.

Wonderful staff, great dentist!! We had an emergency tooth situation with my daughter and they took us that same day we called, and also fixed my husbands problem that day too! We will be moving in 2 months but will drive the 5 hours to come back to Ga for our teeth to be taken care of by them.

My experience was amazing! I was treated like a VIP from the front desk all the way through to check out. EVERYONE was welcoming, friendly and informative. I very much enjoyed my visit to Dr. Wilkey's office! I am extremely pleased with work he did to my teeth and am loving having my smile back!!

The best dentist, the friendliest staff, and the only team around these areas that go above and beyond to help low-income clients. I highly recommend them to everyone! I would love to be on their commercial one day

I've been a patient of Dr. Wilkey's since he brought his practice to Columbus and intend to keep right on being one until one of us kicks the bucket or moves away! Absolutely the very best and NICEST dentist I've ever had... and that includes all the ladies of his staff.

Fake advertising and dishonest staff. I gave one star because that's the only way I can leave a review. I visited these dishonest talkers just for a simple cleaning when I PCS to Columbus 3 years ago. I asked over and over if they were a part of TC network and they said yes. Before my cleaning, S (dental hygienist) told me that my copay would be $70. Red Flag- I have been with TC for over 15 years and have never copay for dental cleaning. I agreed to pay since I was already in the chair...I've never had to copay for dental before. After the cleaning, S (dental hygienist) escorted me to the front desk and S ( insurance rep) told me that my bill was $1,700 and my copay would be $700. I asked why and S ( dental hygienist) ran to the back, leaving S ( insurence) to handle me. I was told that they did "deep cleaning ." I didn't ask for such treatment neither did they inform me before the process started. I was very surprised but didn't want to create any drama so, I paid the full amount with my credit card. I immediately called TC and told them what had happened. I'm not sure how it ended between both parties but, it seemed TC didn't pay a cent because S (insurance) called after a week and pleaded with me to give her my dentist info from Germany. I was later told that they had lied about work they had done on me and TC wasn't buying that BS. Long story short, I went back and requested my dental records and canceled all of my kids pending appointments with them. They try to convince me to stay, saying that i will not have to copay for my next appointments. I insisted that I wanted to have nothing to do with them. I made it my business to not recommend any military family to these dishonest, thirsty folks! Before you denied this...remember the conversation regarding the "Liberian Truck" on Fort Benning? Just saying...

I have been a patient to Dr. Wilkey for 20 years and have always received professional and great service, they scheduled my appointments at convenient hours on my busy schedule. His staff is friendly and very efficient, I also receive useful information along all dental care from Dr. Wilkey and Penny to keep a very healthy smile. Thank you!

Dr Wilkey is our family dentist for 15 years. He took care of all us very well all these years. The office staff is incredibly friendly. They are so accommodating. Penny is our dental hygienist and she is the best I have encountered. The office is extremely clean, efficient. We do not have dental insurance and I find their pricing much more reasonable. We had all sorts of work done like crowns, fillings, chip tooth repair. Dr Wilkey' s work is so accurate so aesthetically pleasing. He gets it right the first time. I highly recommend this practice to all.

It's not called choice one dental any longer. After I made my appointment it changed ownership. But I was not satisfied with my service.
