My family recently (within the last 3 month) had dental cleanings and dental work at this dental office. The hygienist hurt all 5 of us and verbally berated me. We were all sore the next day. Which shocked me since I floss and brush regularly. Plus, I had just had a dental cleaning less than a year prior to this visit. Three of my children (20,18,17) had dental work and all had problems. We went to the dentist in town who had done some dental work before only to learn that two of my kids dental work had been done incorrectly and that their fillings were done wrongly and would need to be redone. Decay was left that should have been removed, plus the filings were put in incorrectly. We tried this dentist for insurance purposes only. I would NEVER recommend anyone go here. I have had an extremely hard time getting them to send records to our new dentist as well. I even went in to their office and they still did not email them after I point blank asked them to do it right then. We are moving on. I have never left a review like this but future patients beware!!!! I can't let others go through what we have been through. Insurance companies won't pay to "redo" fillings, so we will be filling a complaint with our insurance company as well. Pick another dental office.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! We were told two years after treatment started that insurance did not cover the services and we were stuck with a $1000 bill for braces after paying $2500 during the treatment. They billed the insurance company 18 months after treatment started and then said we HAD to pay the remaining $1000 in order to get the braces off. Their billing department is atrocious, scheduling appts was a nightmare, and they kept calling to reschedule appts. The treatment was $3950 we were responsible for paying $3500 of that price. Very incompetent staff.....high turn around of office/billing staff. Only got to speak with the dentist twice during the whole 2 year timeframe. Horrible!!!!!

very difficult to contact. could not get follow-up appointment after adult dental filling fell out twice. after research, the adult dentist seemed to have had legal trouble a few years ago.

Wanted to establish a new dental provider, while Doctor and staff were originally friendly, I've been rescheduled over FOUR times. I was supposed to have two appointments. 1 cleaning, and 1 extraction and filling cavities. I've now had 6 scheduled appointments where I'm paying out of pocket, over $1,300 and they rescheduled me EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT either the day before or the day of. If you're looking for a consistent, professional place, this absolutely should not be your go to.

I loved the old people who use to be here but they were bought out in November 2019 and when my kids and I came here in June I was not impressed by the new hygienist. She was not friendly and welcoming and extremely rough in my mouth as well as my children's. She is the reason people don't want to go to the dentist. We will be finding a new dentist after going to this one for many years. I give them as little stars as possible

Starting with my call to schedule my first appointment, this entire experience was wonderful. The receptionists were all kind and helpful. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of my call. Rebecca did a great job cleaning my teeth. She started by asking if I was having any issues. I told her my teeth are very sensitive, so she was very cautious as she cleaned to avoid causing me any pain. Dr. Merandi was also very kind and took the time to talk with me and answer any questions I had. I'm pleased that I was able to find an office like this so close to home. I highly recommend them.

I been going here for 3 yrs now and everything was good at first. Until now the staff wasn't professional at all. Number one when I set appointment to see them they didn't have me save in there computer? I been going here for three yrs now... So why? I get to my appointment which was at 3 o clock only to be waiting almost till 5 when they close. And they forget they set a appointment for me!!!! Im very upset I work early in the morning and is tired an ready to go home and rest! I will be finding a new dentist office!

This place is Amazing I recently had a deep cleaning and fillings procedure done here. Everyone there is very professional and genuinely beautiful at heart. Everything was safe and very clean. They took special care to ensure I was not in pain. My family loves this place. I recommend this place to anyone in the area that is looking for a good dentist office to meet any of your family's needs.

It was a pleasure to find a dentist, in Cartersville, that was not a chamber of horrors. Nice professional people that took very good care of me. Explanation of procedure, possible options on treatment, and genuine concern for my well being adds up to a experience far exceeding my expectations. Bravo!! Well done.

My first visit to this office was fantastic!!!! I am new in town and chose this office out of the blue. So glad I did. What a beautiful, state of the art office. All high-tech instruments and procedures and the ambiance is awesome. They even offered me sunglasses if the lights hurt my eyes!!!!! Everyone on the staff was kind and friendly and tried to meet every need I could have. I highly recommend this office to you.

Very upset with this practice. I went there for upper dentures. I was sent home with the print out of my out of pocket cost, which was fine. Today I went to have my extractions and intermediate upper dentures. I get there at 8am to be told they could not do it today, that impressions would need to be done first. I asked about this on my first visit and was told everything would be done today. That was a different story today but, the other most unprofessional thing was that they told me my price had increased 500 hundred dollars. This place is a rip off and unprofessional. I am writing this review so others will beware of this practice.
