My son has had several appt with the Marshall clinic and it has not been very pleasant He has gotten over 3k of dental work and visits and each time it got longer and longer. some of his visits were repetitive because of not getting the right impression for his crown That visit was 2:30 to its now 6:23 and I'm still waiting. I don't recommend you to go here if you are disciplined to time....#mondayvisittillalmost7 #aretheystudents #impatient

I had a tooth extraction done here today (May 25, 2022). The lady at the desk was extremely polite. Waiting time was little to nothing, and the waiting time in the chair was nothing. Dr. Lamp, the dentist who worked on my tooth, was extremely professional and kind. Accommodating and did the job efficiently. The assistants were so nice and informed me properly of my procedures and after care. I recommend coming here.

I am Marye's husband, Bradley Bird. She doesn't understand she stole my Google identity, so I have to post in her name now. I called the dentist office because I had a broken tooth that left razor-sharp edges cutting my tongue with every swallow, every chew and every word spoken. I explained all of this clearly to the office girl before scheduling an appointment. My request was for the dentist to blunt the edges of the tooth so it would cease to cause the extreme irritation. Upon arrival at the office, the dentist refused to do anything other than remove the tooth. He claimed that doing anything to reduce the cutting of my tongue might do more harm than good. Really???? The enamel part of the tooth is the tough outer layer. Dulling its sharp edges does not further compromise the tooth or increase the possibility of infection. How does that constitute more harm? I get that looking into my mouth brings up dollar signs in dentists' eyes, but I thought doctors were supposed to relieve suffering. 2 minutes of the dentist's time would have done just that, but instead, they charged me $80 to do nothing and presented me with the only option they were willing to consider. They wanted $600 dollars to pull the tooth that was causing the problem along with the tooth next to it which has been broken for 2 years. When I got home, I looked up a real dentist online who has a video on how to dull the edges of broken teeth until you are able to deal with them by extraction. I used a nail file to stop the injuries to my tongue and will have the teeth pulled by anyone else besides this charlatan. If you are looking for a dentist who will provide compassionate care, keep looking. This is not the place for such services.

Efficient operation. Appointment was a little delayed but not too long (appt at 4, finished by 5).

A fairly disappointing experience. No confirmation at the front desk about what I was there for, first off. And, perhaps most annoying, they appeared to care little for promptness. When I was finally led into the back, I was abandoned for nearly 40 minutes. No one told me what was going on, or even checked up on me. So, I walked out. No one seemed to notice. I'm not sure I will be using this dentist in the future.

The wait time was my only issue and it could have very much been because my girls were new patients. Dr. Lamp was good with my girls.

Dr. Lamp was very nice and energetic, he understood my nerves. I wish they happy gas wouldnt be an arm and a leg because I was getting stuff done that I never have and was on the verge of an anxiety attack and the pain really didnt help. The Dr. Himself was way better than the one I had 6 months ago.

I went here almost a year ago for my permanents to be put in. Out of any other dentist, here is where I hurt the most, both physically and in my head. They were really rough with the cleaning, didn't take my concerns seriously/dismissed them, and I still have grey decay behind the teeth they worked on when they said it'd clear up relatively quickly. I have to live with this for the rest of my life, and I'm barely an adult. It's something I'm self conscious about everyday, to the point I never smile anymore.
