Every holiday season West Coast Dental teams up with the Salvation Army of Southern California to provide underprivileged children with unwrapped toys. West Coast Dental has donated thousands of unwrapped toys in the course of 10 years. West Coast Dental also encourages patients to help donate by giving them a 10% discount on any new service. Tis the season for giving!
While COVID-19 has affected our ability to gather, its also deeply impacted schoolchildren and their families who rely on their schools meals, support, and education. To help support our community, Magicland Dental has teamed up with local school lunch programs to hand out meals, and also toothbrushes, to ensure nutritious meals and continuous oral health education despite the very real limitations of the COVID-19 pandemic.

please stop scheduling so many appointments if the dentist will run an hour behind. I ended up being there for four hours. This has happened to me twice now. They were people in the lobby upset that this office is extremely unorganized

You give a appointments, but upon arrival it's a 2 or more hour wait. Front desk can be very rude. I'm new and have been there a month and I'm not happy. I went in telling them pain on left side they checked said everything is fine. 2 days later in worse pain. Call and is left on hold for over 40 minutes which is the amount of time it took me to get there. Front desk spitting there laughing and eating. They recheck my teeth no all of a sudden my tooth is crack after they just said it was fine the previous week. Told me I would be getting a wisdom pulled get there today and they say it's only a consultation. I wasn't the only one with complaints, and I will not subject anyone else to the mistreatment of patients

I'm writing this for my mother who is a patient/customer at this facility. I expect management to reach out to us, and will be calling them to resolve this manner. My doctor is amazing, most staff had been great too. I had an appointment today at 1, which was confirmed by text on Thursday. I got another text today saying I have an appointment on Monday. I called to see why that is and was told I didn't have an appointment today anymore. No reason why it was canceled either. Just that it was and was given a new appointment for next week. I called to make sure it was with the right doctor, but I was put on hold for 10 minutes. I called back and was told it was busy in the office and then they put me on hold again. While on hold I went all the way to the office and saw that the receptionist (the short one with dramatic fake lashes) was chilling on the computer not on the phone or with any customers in front of her just entering information slowly on the computer. All while I was still on the phone on hold 20 minutes and counting. I asked her why she put me on hold when 1. There was no one there 2. She wasn't on the phone with anyone else. When I asked her why she has me on hold for 20 minutes when there's no one else there she brushed me off and said she's working on the computer. There's typically a prioritization of duties working reception and keeping someone on hold for over 20 minutes when there's no one in front of you is ridiculous. The receptionist is impolite, has no sense of care for her job, and no patience or empathy for me and gave no response to the fact that a customer's appointment was canceled for no reason. I've had previous interactions before and shes always rude, always lacks customer service. Never greets people properly, clearly wasn't taught please/thank yous. I've never said anything because i try to not be bothered, but I work 6 days a week and only have Saturdays off. It's hard enough to get an appointment squeezed in with my doctor and now it's set for another two weeks that I have to wait with pain and no explanation of why it was canceled in the first place OR if it's with the right doctor. It's been 2 weeks and we haven't heard from management. My mom had the appointment with the Doctor and it was moved again. She spoke with the doctor and we still haven't been contacted by management.

They made me feel so comfortable and at ease and the staff was super nice and the x-ray tech was patient and understanding and the Dentist was so nice and sweet and funny he made me feel so comfortable and that I was in clear understanding of my procedure to be done and felt at ease

This office has no sympathy or respect for their patients they have you wait over 2 to 3 hours from your scheduled appointment it doesn't matter if your in pain or have anything else to do, just do yourself a favor unless you have time to waste and just be ignored then don't come here it's not the only Dentist on the planet and it's not free either they still charge, I have to wait because it's an emergency otherwise I'd have to go to the emergency room from here

This place is pure GARBAGE. They make their patients wait for hours, reschedule them last minute, and refuse to provide requested dental records. Everyone who has had a bad experience should definitely report them to the California Dental Board. I don't know how this place is operational. By law they are required to provide dental records in a timely manner. Tik tok. I will be filing a formal complaint with the insurance provider. They refuse to answer my calls, put me on hold for a ridiculous amount of time, and transfer me to their answering service. Stay away from this place! These are people who have no heart or empathy.

I took my son for his appointment and it was good. The staff and dentist are very nice. If you are new arrive before your appointment time so that you can fill out the new patients packet. The wait was a little long but that's expected with the busy office and I did wait for sterile tools so my son's cleaning could be done. The cleaning was excellent and the customer service is excellent as well. I am glad that my coworker recommended this dental office to me now I'll be back from my own appointment.

Need to get rid of the dentist. He didn't do nothing to my child. Soend 3 hours waiting and when dr came in he only looked at Roberts mouth and said im sending him to s specialist. Less then 1 min he was out and on to the next person. I felt discriminated is it cause we were Hispanic or the insurance we have medical. The office staff are good and xray tech very nice but when it came to the dentist horrible service.
