My family was referred to by a family friend when our Eldest child was needing his first orthodontic treatment . Well , that turned to be that he needed a set of braces . Dr Choi and her staff followed up on his treatment / procedures over several months. Dr Choi approach to patients are professional , endearing . Her office is state of the art , per my understanding . The staff are well trained , also not rushed. His teeth , jaws were gradually aligned. Got a beautiful set of teeth, a winning smile which still there after many years. Pleased with their service , came back for next child too. Have recommended her to other parents. Will highly recommend visiting Dr Patrica Choi , their free consultation , before deciding your kids orthodontic doctor!

Dr. Choi and her team provide amazing services with reasonable price. I have had two boys each had two phases done very well with them. Dr. Choi has excellent technical skills and knowledges. She always explains in details and answers all my questions. She is very responsible in overall end results even take extra miles to service beyond estimated contract window. Her staffs also super friendly and professional that's why I have returned for my third child for the orthodontic service.

I highly recommend Dr. Choi! She did a wonderful job for my 2 sons. She is very detailed and competent. Creating enough space for the teeth to erupt properly at an early age prevented overcrowding. 15 years later, my boys still have their beautiful smiles (and wearing their retainers)!

Dr Choi explains what she will be doing for my child's treatment plan just fine when I call to ask . But I agree with previous reviewer as we had similar experience, not really personal experience. It was the receptionist whom I had to ask questions to as my child didn't give me the details of their visit as usually Dr Choi does not call to give me any info and have to rely on my kid who doesn't remember everything. Also, the front office person Veena had made some mistakes one on the previous quote she gave me and when I told her I wrote down the quote she had given me previously and yet days later she told me a different amount which was substantially greater and when I told her I wrote down the quote from the one she gave me a few days ago, she said she gave her price quote later as she said she forgot my kid only needed replacement. Also when I called the office for a phone consult with Dr Choi, which Dr Choi was wonderful to call me back later to give advice for my kid's situation that arose, veena was the one I spoke to first as she takes the calls and said that Dr Choi had not advised me on that issue in the past as it's not in the notes she said. She even said they referred my kid to our dentist, but in fact it was the opposite. My kids dentist told us to seek advice from Dr Choi. When Dr choi called me she even mentioned how she had made some suggestion last time this situation arose with my kid. Dealing with Dr Choi's front desk person Veena making error on price quotes from one day less to the next day much higher cost and prematurely staring Dr Choi never advised on that issue before as it's not in the notes makes me very uneasy. Coupled with the lack of personal follow up after my kid's appt from the doctor herself rather than her front desk staff Veena has made me decide to bring my other child to another orthodontist that our family friend recommended to us who has not only good orthodontist but a competent and reliable staff.

If I can give no star, I will. They are not personal and they don't care. My kid started Invisalign and entire time, I don't even know what the Doctor looks like. My child is a minor, do they really expect that a 15 year old can pay attention to everything Dr. said and follow without parental supervision? The fact is the doctor never bothered to contact the parent to explain everything. Having some office manager to tell me Dr. wants do Invisalign and just having the parent pay. What we are? cash cow? It's horrible experience. You probably get your money worth just go to those smile club.

Dr Choi and her staff are wonderful and professional. I really appreciate all the time and effort she took in helping my daughter fix a tooth that was growing on top of a permanent tooth. We have recommended many friends to her office. She is so knowledgeable and caring. Thank you again so much for all your help.
