First appt with this dentist, did xrays and regular cleaning. Had xrays done and told them I was having jaw pain, they never told me It looked like my wisdom tooth needed to be removed or even linked my jaw pain to my wisdom tooth. I paid an oral surgeon out of pocket to re do the xrays and wisdom tooth removal and everyone I consulted afterwards was shocked my dentist did not tell me it looks like my wisdom tooth needed to be taken out. dental cleaning was fine but honestly just seemed like they wanted me in and out.

My go-to for any dental treatment! Always have had great experiences here. Dr. Choi and her staff are always thorough and efficient, which I appreciate as a New Yorker. They don't make you wait for a while in the waiting room and never have you sitting in the chair for no reason. Also worth mentioning, their cleanings are the best I've had. I've had cleanings from other dentists with a chisel and hammer that never make for good experiences, and not to mention how long they take... Cleanings here are fast and painless, and my teeth always feel clean and taken care of.

Dr Inhye Choi was very accommodating and kind. It was my first visit and I am thankful for my friend for the referral to this dentist. I will definitely come back though dreadfully hoping not. The whole cavity treatment went smooth and without a glitch. Thank you Dr Choi. :)

I'm a Queens native. I moved to the Buffalo area over a year ago and I have yet to find such a warm and gentle Dentist like Dr. Choi. Every time I come to queens to visit family I get my routine cleanings done and occasional bonding for chip tooth repair, and I am beyond satisfied with her excellent service. I highly recommend Dr. Choi and her team.

Dr Choi is caring, gentle , honest and a wonderful dentist .I have a lot of dental issues that she has Been treating with care since my very first visit. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a great dentist that does not upsell you . I now travel just to go to her .

Beware! This dentist charged to my insurance company for services that they didn't even provide. When I called them, they said it was a mistake and they will correct, I believed them and forgot about it. 7 months later I found out that they never corrected it. I doubt it was a mistake!

I have recently moved to Queens and had to find a new Dr. The past few places that I have been to (in Manhattan) were terrible! Since I have only had bad experiences I was nervous going to a new place. Hoping that everything would be okay, I was at ease since Dr. Inhye Choi and her staff reassured everything would be fine. The teeth cleaning was not painful as my other experiences were. I'm glad to have found a dentist that I do not need to feel scared going to. Thank you Dr. Inhye Choi!

I felt assaulted by the dental hygienist here. She cleaned my teeth in under 9 minutes, i felt humiliated by her force. I never want to go back. I am not using my real name and I don't ever want to come back here. I don't know how you can be a medical "professional" and be so forceful with your patient. She was so rushed; mind you, there was no one in the waiting room and I was on time to my appointment. I will probably never forget this experience because I have never been treated so horribly by a part of my body. She was so forceful and rough that i even gagged with such force that my head and chest bounced off the head rest. I am thankful I will never have to come back here ever again. If i was there again, I would make it stop and leave. Everything happened so fast. I am finding another dentist, period.

I've been coming here for 5years now and have always had wonderful experience. Despite covid the facility is very clean. I highly appreciate how the staff takes approximate measure. Doctor Inhae Choi has fixed all my problems and while making me feel comfortable and safe. I highly recommend going here!!!!!

Horrible Horrible horrible experience. Steer clear of Dr. Choi. Horrible customer service. Does not care about her clients especially if they have Medicaid. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Avoid avoid avoid. They "cleaned" my tooth for 5 minutes and I was done. Have gotten cleaning done before and let me just say horrible job.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a broken front tooth that I've been trying to get fixed. Other dentists that take my insurance kept horsing around and not submitting claims etc. because I guess the insurance company doesn't pay them enough to do the work. I went to Dr. Choi, desperate because my tooth is getting worse by the day and she hooked me up. Didn't have any pain or issues with Dr. Choi. I arrived at my appointment, was taken straight to the back and she took very good care of me. I am forever in her debt because I have my smile back again. I've been telling everybody about her because she was so caring and thorough with everything, which I greatly appreciate it after being given the runaround by other dentists. Thank you Dr. Choi!

My whole family comes to Dr.Choi. I am deathly afraid of going to dentists (from bad experiences) but Dr. Choi made me feel comfortable and safe. She explained my root canal/ cavity extract procedure thoroughly and made sure if I had any discomfort, she would stop and tend to it. I definitely recommend Dr. Choi to everyone- she is kind and trustworthy including her staff!
