A request for proposal is typically conducted for campus requirements pertaining to services or projects. The RFP process has multiple process stages and determining factors, in addition to the cost. Those factors are dependent on what is being requested. Some examples are: type of customer service offered, industry references and reputation, technology being offered, and physical vendor location. Vendor submission information is reviewed and discussed by an RFP evaluation committee to determine which vendor proposal best meets the needs of the College.

TERRIBLE!!! I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed. I was very nervous and scared and crying during procedure. I didnt know I was going to be awake. So I was in a bit of a panic during the drilling and tugging. They told me to "quiet down" and that " other people were there". I was not comfortable at all and as much of a baby I may seem like I asked if someone could hold my hand and they said, "nope nobody is available for that right now, sorry" I also heard the assistant snort and laugh while I was crying in pain. I will never go back to this place. Absolutely rude and did not care about how I felt what so ever. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Also no information was given to me besides a piece of paper. Thank goodness for google. Do I sleep with gauze in? How often do I take medicine? How long will it take to heal? You cant ask these questions with a swollen and numb face so of course I went home with no idea how to care for myself. Go somewhere else if you can. Just my advice!! I wouldn't even give one star.

My fiance has been going here for many dental needs for roughly 2 years - all the dentists are super kind and the students get a chance to learn hands on from them - how perfect! Super nice and affordable.

Today my 5 year-old daughter came in to have a small procedure done. When we made the appointment, we didn't receive any information on how the procedure was going to happen, no one told us she was going to get stitches, and we didn't receive any information on what to expect following the procedure. We found out all of this AFTER her appointment. I would have asked questions if someone had taken the time to explain the procedure to me. They made it seem like it was an easy procedure and it wouldn't be a big deal. However, that was not the case and we were left feeling very unprepared. Our appointment was scheduled for the afternoon but we received a call that morning asking us to come in early. We rearranged our schedule to come in early. When we got there the person who brought us back to the room where she was to have the procedure, told me that I had to wait in the waiting room. My daughter is 5 years old and has seizures. I expressed that I was not comfortable with it but she told me that it was "Policy" and that they try to stick to that so they can "build a relationship with the patient". So, I had to leave my 5 year-old daughter by herself in a room with strangers that were going to poke her with needles. I was not happy and clearly upset. While in the waiting room I could hear my daughter crying and the professionals telling her to "quite down" and that "it doesn't hurt". COMPLETELY INSENSITIVE CARE! At this point I was crying and shaking because I was so mad. The receptionist then approached me and asked me, "Jaimie, do you want to go back there?" The receptionist then explained to me that me crying was not going to help my daughter and that as a parent no one can tell me that I can't be in the room with her...As if it was common sense and I was the one who was causing myself to be so upset. But I manipulated into thinking I couldn't be in the room. Completely unethical and insensitive care.No one took the time to make sure I was comfortable with what was going on, no one cared if my daughter had someone there to support her or make her feel comfortable, it felt like all they cared about was doing what was easiest for them which left me and my daughter traumatized by this experience.

Receptionists were nice, but they employ stubborn dentists that don't listen to their patients. Waste of my time. I'm just glad I didn't give them a cent.

Quickly and easily removed my wisdom teeth. Great staff, and everyone seems comfortable which makes it comfortable for people that were in my situation. Didn't give me any pain meds so this is going to be a long few days but still happy with the services.

If you like having 3 people beat your tooth out of your mouth and break it into a million pieces along with some bone in your mouth, and not write you a script for any pain meds until you have to come back 3 days later in tears and have the "doctor" tell you, you need to take more Tylenol! Just to the nurse chases you down after you've left to give you script for the pain AND THEN when you go in a week later to get the stitches out and they don't even know how many are in there and then FORGET to take one out and when you realize a week later and they still make you wait 3 days before they can see you to REMOVE THE STITCH THEY MISSES/FORGOT WAS THERE! Then sure this is the place for you!

They were very helpful with an infection I had in my gums. The people were so kind when I went there and very insightful. If you are looking for a good place to get any dental needs done this is definitely the place to go.

First appointment today for some really bad teeth. Hadn't been to a Dentist in many years. They were great. Treated me with respectful, caring kindness...not scolding. Have to have more work done, but, I'm confident it will all go well. Thank You. Highly recommended.
