I have been receiving services from this location for several years. Out of all the dentists I've seen, Dr.Clary is the BEST of them all!! I know going to the dentist isn't on most people's list of favorite things to do but if you can request a dentist, ask for her. She's awesome!

We have been trying to make appointments since 2020, but they tell us they still can't schedule appointments. They need to change their message, they are not taking everyone in regardless of their situations.

Husband went in for an emergency appointment. They took some x-rays and then prescribed antibiotics. He was told they could fix his tooth but not until after he had a routine cleaning a month from now. After being told that his pain was a 9/10 they said there was nothing else they could do and sent him home. We went to Shook Family Dentist and they took him in right away and fixed the problem even without an official appointment. The only positive was that the receptionist who answered the phone to schedule the appointment was very friendly.

Either find somewhere else or take the risk of dyi'ing whatever you were sent here for.Wouldn't even bring play dough teeth here. The place where dental surgery referrals go to die. You'll get quoted about their "1" surgeon on payroll who sees 1000s+ referrals a day but see no evidence of it. 3 years and counting with an infected tooth needing removal and still only hearing about the "1" surgeon every time I call.

Updated: worse dentist ever after the comment below i called, i got passsed around, no one apologized and and was told they took down my info someone would call back.... its about to be march... now October(1 year later)... this place is pathetic and if you want quality work or professional service I don't suggest this place at all..... Guess ill have to find a dentist and pay out of pocket, cause they are worthless..... Absolutely horrible!!! At this point I would have better off with a cave man and hammer. I believe the dental assistants name was Heather, hard to tell behind the muffled mask. But she couldn't even do xrays. It was so bad they numbed me up before the xrays and then said they could not work on the tooth after the xray. Then they went for second xray and she was cutting my mouth, I asked if she could not do that, she insisted she was being gentle and got all huffy when I asked if I could slide it in... I walked out... with no work done and numb mouth pretty unprofessional if you ask me.

Went in to get some X-rays down.. months later in March 2020 I was scheduled to have my surgery... they called me 5 days before due to COVID had to reschedule but didn't know when. Months later... around October or so they called me saying they can get me in I obviously accepted it excited so I can move along with my braces. Not even 3 hours later they called me back saying due to me being 21 years old they can no longer take me into oral surgery.. I asked to talk to a supervisor and they told me they were going to contact the state of WI. I also called my insurance and they said that's not true about the age. It's now JANUARY 2021 and still haven't heard anything back.... my teeth have been shifting so I had called 3 weeks ago and they told me my oral surgeon was out... with all that being said I don't recommend this place at all... I waited a year just to get into this place because it was the ONLY place that would except my insurance. I'm fed up with the lies, might take this further to a lawyer due to just everything they've done.

My son and I had the worst experience here. The dentist, Sirin C Chundu, is the worst pediatric dentist you could ever have for your child. He thought it was okay to tell my 5 year old son that he was not going to listen to him and stop what he is doing if my son didn't cooperate and listen to him. My son was crying and screaming and asked him to stop, and he didn't stop right away. He than gave my son a shot in the mouth which he was not sapose to do because we went there for that not to happen and only have the laughing gas. He than proced to tell me that he will handle it and talk to my son when I was talking to my son to calm him down. You do not tell a mother or parent that to stop talking and they will handle it. That is why a parent is there to hold their child's hand.

This place doesn't deserve any stars. If you can go anywhere else, please do because they will mess up your teeth and refuse to fix them while saying it wasn't their fault. Some technicians are rude and rough. Just an overall bad atmosphere. They don't care about your well being, just money.

I've been calling every weekday for a week now to make an appointment for my wisdom teeth removal and I can't get through. Every single day no matter what time of day I get the message saying they're busy and to leave a message and they'll get back to me ASAP. I've left 3 messages one of them almost a week ago and still nothing. At this rate I'll never get my wisdom teeth removed just because no one can answer a phone.

My mom left the dentist office crying, they told her she was getting a root canal after MONTHS of trying to get in for multiple broken teeth. She got to the appointment now 4 months after the first breakage, now she was on her 5th broken tooth. They told her it was non emergency and told her they only took emergencies at this time. When she got there, she was told to drink orange juice so that she would have something substantial before her "tooth extraction" not the root canal that they told her she was getting. Now she said that she was not going to lose another tooth, and they then packed up all the tools, the dentist left the room and didn't come back, then the assistant told her to leave. She then got a call charging her $400 for her CONSULTATION. Nothing about this was right, she has called multiple times to get this taken care of and they refuse to believe her story even after the assistant of the dentist messaged the head of the building explaining that this exact situation happened. This place is a 0/10 and I am devastated for my mom and all the other people that have been treated poorly from this dental office. She just got a consultation for free through Herber dental, and got in, in under two weeks where they told her that marsh field has pulled three teeth out of her mouth in her past, that were fixable. And marsh field has told her they were unsavable. She has never been more happy to go to a dental office that ACTUALLY cares about their patients (Herber Dental), and more devastated to hear that she lost teeth that should have never been pulled by marsh field .

Great personnel, terrible for getting into the Dental Surgery and you will suffer from your pain for quite awhile before you get an appointment.
