Dr. Chinwallas office wanted me to schedule visit every two weeks-evaluation and xrays, come back to show my dental tools and how I use them. Why not bring on the 1st visit? When I was confirming the appt. the receptionist said it was a re-eval. Upin arrival, they wanted to see if I would commit to surgery without consulting my insurance first to see if that was the best rate. If I didn't commit on the spot I wouldn't get the discount. His office is not in my his office is not in my list so I wanted to be sure. If I wasn't going through they were cancelling today's appt so my trip was a waste of my time.

Firstly called many times to get an appoitment no one is answering the calls, finally got hold of them maked an appoitnment when i went to clinic dr is rude/ unprofessional and unfriendly staff.

I came to this office a year ago with pain from 2 teeth. Dr. Chinwalla ended up extracting both and replaced them with implant. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and profesionalism of Dr. Chinwalla. Thank you!

We took my grandmother to Dr. Chinwalla's office for a consult to discuss a possible implant as well as an extraction. My grandmother is a very anxious person when it comes to going to doctors. When she first arrived at the office she filled out all the necessary paperwork and waited to be called on back. Within seconds of finishing the paperwork she was greeted by Mary Beth who is the doctors assistant. Mary Beth was very kind and helpful and put my grandmother at ease and made her feel right at home. Within min. of being brought back to the patient room Dr. Chinwalla came in and began his exam on my grandmother. He came up with several possible treatment plans for her. Dr. Chinwalla was very knowledgable and put my grandmother at ease with answers to every one of her questions and going above and beyond to explain each of the treatment options and which ones would be most beneficial. He provided her with liturature so that if there were any other questions or concerns she had the option of reading over what his plan of action was and what it entailed as well as a contact number to get a hold of the staff in the event she needed anything explained more in detail. A few weeks after the consult my grandmother went back in to get her procedure done. Both Mary Beth and Dr. Chinwalla, as my grandmother put it "had the best bed side manner" that she had ever encountered with any physician and "the magic touch". She said her procedure was quick and painless and that she would recommend Dr. Chinwalla and his staff to anyone and everyone. She was very greatful to Dr. Chinwalla and his team and will definitely be returning to his office!
