An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Ive been to this dentist office for a few things and have had multiple family members go here and each time has been a somewhat pleasant experience however in every case this place will recommend more work than you truly need and they are by far the most expensive ive delt with. They will pull teeth that dont need to be pulled and recommend implants...why? Well it makes more money for them since it is done inhouse.

The customer service is terrible. I have been a client of this office for over ten years but lately their customer service has declined. Twice I had to reschedule my appointment due to excessive waiting and today I spent a total of 4 hours waiting in the room for the nurses and dentist to finish my treatment. They would come to the room do one thing, leave me waiting another 30 minutes, then someone else would do another thing and leave me waiting another 30 minutes. In the meantime, they kept bringing patients in and treating them first and kept leaving there waiting. I brought this to the attention of the dentist and the nurses 2 /12 into my treatment and you would think they would have done something about it. Instead, I ended up waiting another 1 1/2 for them to complete my treatment. Completely inconsiderate to other people's time and totally unprofessional.

Sadly I've been to a lot of dentists but I love the comprehensive services and awesome staff here! Dr. Slade and Evelin are rockstars, they are like superheroes for your teeth. Beyond that, everyone I have worked with in the past there like Dr. Park, Dr. B., and all of the hygienists and office staff do an amazing job. While individual experiences may vary I have always been treated fairly, as pain free as possible, any issues have always been satisfactorily addressed, and more than anything they have been reasonable and compassionate humans with a good sense of humor. I suppose I should also mention that the quality of work has been top notch and often exceeded expectations. They really work hard as your partners in oral care. Much love and appreciation for the many hours we have spent together on my dental journey.

I wanted to spend a few moments to write about my experience at Chino Hills Dental Group. I currently live in Riverside and continue to make the drive to Chino Hills for my appointments, as my experience with Dr. Slade and the team including Perla, Jacia, to name a few, have all been great. I personally do not like going to the dentist, but feel I have found my permanent dentistry. Dr. Slade does an amazing job and truly cares for her patients. I feel there is no judgement between her and her patients and looks out for her patients best interest. The rest of the team make you feel comfortable and provide the utmost care. Thank you Dr. Slade and the team!

I came from chula vista and moved to chino i had my denist in chula vista so didnt know where to go in chino so i came to chino hill dental group and ill tell u they where so friendly and they explained everything i had my deep cleaning done buy jaycia and she was so nice and very gentle i had to get two crowns and i was going to get ceramic and one with metal evelin and Ana and dr. T was great anybody looking for a denist you should come here they are all great Carl beck

It seems everyone is afraid of going to the dentist right? But it also depends on which dentist is providing your dental care. I had broken my front tooth! Ouch! and desperatelly needed help. Thank God that Dr.Bobby SOLEIMAN an Oral Surgeon and Inplant specialist was their to help me!! I will not go to any other Inplant specialist/ Oral Surgeon. His demeanor and patience is rated 5 Star's from me. Because when you have dental problems and are vulnerable due to pain, You want the best by your side. He listens to my needs and does not get impatient with me. He is very kind and sometimes funny! Which makes me feel less nervous. I have been his patient for over 8 years and my teeth are Beautiful! And strong. He gives me great advice on how to keep my teeth healthy. Just this week Dr SOLEIMAN did oral surgery on my front tooth to prepare for an implant and believe it or not! No Pain! I did feel a little sting from the shots but nothing else. He is very gentle while working. Praise the Lord. Because I hate pain too. I would recommend Dr.Bobby SOLEIMAN for all your Oral surgery needs. It doesn't seem so scarry because your in good hands. The Lord has truly blessed him. God bless you. Dr.Bobby SOLEIMAN.

My appointment was at 9:30am arrived at 9:25am. They placed me in a room and waited there for almost 2.5 hrs until I got stressed out an walk to the receptionist and I told her I was leaving. No apologies or nothing, she said next appointment was for two months.

Unorganized, unreliable and totally unprofessional!!! My kids and I have been goin here the past two years, and every time it's just another disappointment! They never get the schedule right, show up for appointments scheduled in the office with there in person staff, to find out the ortho isn't even there. Schedule appointments during their lunch hours, which means you wait till they get back. Wait time, average 1-1 1/2 hours!! Every time. Forget specialty, unless you want to be stuck in the waiting room for literally 3-4 hours!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!

If I could give a 0 I would. The receptionist was super unprofessional and rude. If she doesn't like her job then maybe she should find a new one. Im starting to think they just hire anybody . DO NOT GO HERE

If I could give zero stars I would the way I've been treated by Dr. Mano should have put her out of practice. Dismisses the fact that your in pain and won't listen to any of your concerns she's awful. I've had the WORST dental experience being under her care. She's rude and condescending, treated me like I didn't understand anything but that was because she didn't explain anything to me! They told me she was the best to do crowns what a JOKE. Her and her staff talked about me inappropriately right outside the door. Made me feel unsafe and dismissed.
