Rude receptionist. I worked next door and accidentally got her food from DoorDash so I decided to bring it to her since I'm such a nice human being and I explained to her what had happened. She looked at me and said to drop it right there as if I was her servant or something. She didn't say thank you or anything. Maybe stop getting food from DoorDash and you wouldn't be so fat.

The worst service ever good to be friendly at first appt for ortho consult then being a patient you get the worst service and the staff in front are rude and lazy never assisting in helping you out appointments are always booked super fast never to your time ridiculous they schedule you but good to charge you regret bringing my kids here appts never work and always to what fits to their needs.

The worse place. Never checked my insurance before service to give me the option of getting service there for my family. Had to pay most of payments out of pocket months later got billed for what supposebly my insurance didnt pay. So hard on my wallet. So unprofessional in the billing department. Never did i have an awfull experience with any dentist or doctors of any kind. Past experience s everywhere else. They knew what would cover and what wouldnt. So i wont be bombed with extra payments insurance couldnt cover. So terrible. In my situation.

I've been to about 3 different dentists and Chino family dental is by far the best. I've had two root canals done here and they have treated me with nothing but the best care and respect. They really do make you feel like a part of the family here. 10/10 recommend this place. Love it!

I truly had the experience from hell at this office. Where to start. The first appointments they are nice to you to get you to sign the contract, after that it is completely different. There was a male assistant that made nasty comments about me having braces at my age. Totally rude. Scheduling is interesting, read other reviews! After my balance was paid in full they are insisting I pay more money. Their orthodontist was not able to do her job properly because everything was off. The day I received my retainer I complained about high areas and she didn't even take the time to look at it. Ok the next appointment comes and guess who isn't there to check my retainer ? The doctor, so I was seen by an assistant. Fast forward months later I noticed a great deal of discomfort when not wearing my retainer. To make a long story short I am now seeing a prosthodontist and another orthodontist to fix my smile. I am beyond disappointed and hurt that this place just doesn't care about anything but money. Please stay away from this sweat shop. Spend a little more money elsewhere. I do not think it is fair to have to pay any kind of balance truly they should be reported to the dental board. Awful place.

I do not recommend this dentist. I had two fillings and the dentist drilled on the wrong tooth! They are incompetent. I still have pain after my third visit. I will be changing dentist. DO NOT COME HERE.

Be careful with this place, my husband just started going September 2020, by November 2020, we had paid out of pocket almost $2500 having a really good dental insurance. He still in pain because the dentist, gives wrong treatment from the beginning, when i received my insurance statements the amounts they paid were completely different from the one the dentist provide me from the beginning of treatment. I took the information to the manager, and as of today she never returned my call, i filed an agrivance with my insurance and they are helping me solve this issue of over payment. But not just they over charge me, but they also reported to the insurance that they did a Peridontal Maintenance the day he was there only for a polish. The polish that thet have been postponing for the cleaning done 10/2020. Is ridiculous how they put incorrect information in a patient medical record to receive an extra $96 bucks. Hopefully the owners see what the management is doing in this place and fix it, not for me because i will never give a penny more to this place, too bad my daughter still has braces and has 7 more months and i have a contract. I will keep my eyes wide open for any other charges after this months are over for her, because knowing them they will keep charging my credit card. Please stay away from this place and be careful, check your paperwork before making any payments.

I got attended by Evelyn, and let me tell you she was the nicest most gentle dentist ever. She took really good care of me. The environment is overall spectacular. 10/10 recommend chino family dental.

2 years ago when Was my kids initial appointment employees were great and everything you know the catch so you can come. So I decided to start coming here and get my sons and husbands braces here. The reality was something else. But the truth is that they are the worst dentistry available They are always super busy specially Ortho. Very disrecpectful you ask them a question and they responds with an attitude and that's not including Karla or Alex but everyone else in the office is a different story plus they never have long time employees other than Karla and Alex and one more lady that she's always rude. I am so disappointed and regret so much coming here I should've paid more for his braces with better service so you get what you pay for JUST BE CAUTIOUS here I'm sure I'm not the only person that thinks like this

Dentists who UPSELL should not be trusted. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS DENTIST! They scam you by suggesting $700 deep cleaning on your first appointment. I decided to choose this dentist due to high Yelp rating and close to my work. When I checked in the front desk said that the initial $39 was for check up, x-ray, and regular cleaning. (Wow, what a deal right??) Except, the front desk stated that if the doctor suggests a deep cleaning that $39 would not be covered. I asked her further and she stated that a deep cleaning is rare and usually only needed once in a lifetime. Went inside for the x-rays and check up. The hygienist said everything looks great, but it's border line a deep cleaning recommendation. Wow... the trickiest sales tactic. Feeling uncomfortable with the situation, I asserted that I would like to have a regular teeth cleaning. The doctor asked that I could be walked out because I did not agree with their recommendation. Ultimately still paid for $39 for a copy of the X-rays. Totally unacceptable. This location is in Chino and I feel bad for the community that have not been to any other dentist. Some dentists push expensive services for a profit. I'm going to drive an hour back to my old dentist. Local is not always the best. I hope this office can change their corporate structure. This is not good business. PLEASE DON'T use this dentist. The doctor never mentioned anything about teeth polish. Shady business practices here.

Consider the value of your time, wear-n-tear of your vehicle and gas before choosing this Ortho. I thought it was get a great deal since I didn't consider any if that however, if you're doing ortho it's at least a 2yr commitment. There is always a 30-60 minute wait here even when you have an appointment and then an additional wait once you're called back. They over schedule and the Dr. doesn't even seem to know what's she doing as she goes out of sequence and disappears at times. When they mess up they send the office manager to tell you that it's "no-ones fault" how is it no ones fault? Then they try telling you that have to sign paperwork saying you're at fault when clearly it's theirs. Obviously it's their fault because I don't work there and call the shots. Then they tell you that in order for them to fix their mistakes you have to inconvenience yourself to drive back the next day and take the day off work. If my girls and I weren't still in braces I'd NEVER come back. Sadly all of the reviews that are on here that are negative are true. We started here almost 2 years ago and they were a lot better then than they are now.

This one start will be for the front staff at Chino family dental, I'm currently in a orthodontic treatment and just to make an appointment for my next visit a hassle, they are too crowded, they might have exceed their capacity and ladies at front staff are not willing to help at all, the only time they were helpful was when I signed the contract and paid. I regret every time to have chosen this business, I highly don't recommend Chino Family Dental
