Worst office ever !! The manager thinks she is the owner !! Not profesional at all !! Don't go there !! Waste of your time !! My boyfriend went for his check up they made him wait 1hour and half ! He asked what happened and the manager or whoever works in the front desk ! Said if you don't like to wait, find for another dentist ! And she went to the room to take him out just because he didn't want to deal with her to not be disrespectful. Telling to the real owner (dentist) to not see him.

I decided to call all the way from FL because they kept messaging my fiance saying he had an appointment today at 2:30 pm. FYI we have never been to that establishment EVER and we left NJ months ago! I called them and the person who answered didn't even give me her name or the name of there establishment. All she said was hello and I was like is this a dentist office. I explained the situation and she was adamit in me giving up all of my personal information to look up my fiance and I refused. I told her what the text had stated and she proceeded to say that if I don't want my information in there system the only choice I had was to give up my information to her. So I told her No and told her to never call or text any of my numbers. She even stated that I didn't have an appointment at 2:30. I find it sketchy .

This is the best dentist ever I love this the service is very good and there kids where so nice they said hi how are you nice lady the doctor is so good she's very patient on me and the front desk is so nice. No one is rude and mean. I don't know why people put bad reviews on here. I will continue going to this office forever.

The staff is very unproffessional.They gave me an appointment for a day when the clinic was closed. Okay for some reason the clinic closed but atleast a coutesy call to reschdule.I went all the way and found it closed. Also to add the dentist made by root canal worst.So I had root canal operated by her and she placed a cap which pains when I brush.Worst she has no idea how to fix it.Already tried twice with no luck.

I have been a patient for over 10 years of Dr. Sidhu and her care and concern for her patients are shown through her professionalism and work. She is courteous and her bedside manners are IMPECCABLE. The office is clean and her staff is very friendly and always greet you with a smile!!

The doctor is super patient with me. I love that she can calm me down and she really listens to my needs. The staff is friendly and super accommodating. I switched jobs and made sure I chose a dental plan that has Chilton dental as a provider!

Dentist was super confident and professional when trying to relax me for my root canal (1st time). The dental assistant was sweet and helpful and very informative. Receptionist was super nice, place is awesome!

This dental practice is such a wonderful place to go whenever you have an question or concerns about dental work being done as well as them actually providing you with the best dental care! I would definitely recommend everyone in that facility!

I'm confused about some of the other reviews. I have been a patient at Chilton Dental since 2008 and I have never encountered a rude staff member. Dr. Sidhu is an excellent dentist. I continue to be a patient at Chilton Dental because the office is never crowded which means less wait time. I can also make quick emergency appointments, the office is clean, the staff is professional and friendly and Dr. Sidhu has done a wonderful job at restoring my smile. Her extractions are very quick and practically painless! I highly recommend Chilton Dental!

I wouldn't have given them a star at all but this was the only way to rate their service. The support staff to the dentist (manager and receptionist) are too ghetto, they do not seem to know professionalism. I called to complain about a referral they were suppose to send over a month ago. They had me waiting at the referral dentist for 1.5 hours. After the fact, I had agreed to go and pick it up in person and this was when they chose to try to intimidate me and the receptionist said, "You can see me in the parking lot if anything." That's the worst service I have ever received. They are so rude and I spoke to the dentist who said she would talk to them but it seems highly unlikely that this will occur. At the end she said that if there would be friction that I can call my dental insurance and change. I called my dental insurance company and informed them. Worst dental practice!
