I have never met a better Pediatric dentist. He is fantastic with my children. We drive an hour and a half just to see him, and it is well worth it. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff.

Horrible experience more than once. The dentist is just so rude. He got on me about X-rays several times in a span of 5 minutes. When I agreed after asking him to hold on let me think, he said well they aren't here anymore. So I'm not sure why he did all that. Also he was a total happy killer for the kids. Even my 7 year old noticed he was rude and asked me why. "Mommy why is that guy so mean?" It's never been a pleasant experience with this man. I gave it 3 attempts. I can't go there anymore. The hygienist are great though, Especially Sherry. She was fun and excited with my daughter. She really got her through a tough spot. When the dentist walked in though all her hard work went down hill fast. There was no hi hello nothing he immediately got on them about using their coins "too soon" as if we were suppose to know. Killed every bit of excitement they had in that moment bc they felt bad or that they got in trouble. My daughter was so proud of herself too :/ going to the dentist is hard enough for kids. We don't need mean dentists to make it harder on them. Thank you for being so kind Sherry. I really appreciate you! Also I did bring this up with them and they laughed about it. Said "sorry you feel that way." And talked about how busy it was today when we were the only people there our whole visit.

Never seen good dentist before as Dr Griffin, he is knowledgeable and very sweet with my kids (specifically this is my kids first experience). All the staff (specially Sarah and Heidi) are amazing and helpful as well. 10 STARS

Everyone that helped us was wonderful! Going to the dentist can be a scary time for kids and their parents but my kids and I felt comfortable and welcome our entire visit!

My son had to have sedative dental work done and it went better than my husband and I imagined. They were running a little behind but we kept my son distracted with games. The process was super smooth and Dr. Griffin was fantastic. I loved that my son got to meet his nurse and Anesthesiologist before his procedure. We got to stay with him until he was asleep and they waited to start his IV till after he was asleep from the laughing gas. The door was left open the entire time except when they were doing X-rays so it was reassuring to be able to hear the monitor to know everything was going smoothly. His teeth look beautiful

Love this place all the staff are very friendly my kids love dr griffin been going there for about 3 years now he does amazing with all my kids they love going he is an amazing dentist

I had a great first experience with Chillicothe Pediatric Dentistry today. The office is very clean and the staff friendly, prompt, and courteous. My 7 year old walked in a bit nervous but left looking forward to his next visit. Dr. Griffin and his staff put my son at ease and explained everything to him step by step. From start to finish we received excellent care. All my questions were answered and we weren't rushed at all.

After getting the runaround from two other pediatric dentists regarding my 6-year-old's need for crowns (and traumatic experiences at both of those places), Dr. Griffin saved the day! He was honest about what needed to be done, practical about the available options, and DID NOT TRY TO GIVE ME A SALES PITCH. When we brought her in for the fillings, he was efficient and he worked seamlessly with his technician. He was firm with my daughter when she got squirmy, but was not unkind. He understands how to set effective limits with children, which is something my child definitely responds well to. He had a great sense of humor and she LOVED him. I am so grateful that he is local and that he is gifted with what he does. She keeps reminding me that she only wants to go back to Dr. Griffin because "he was really nice and he helped me be calm."

My children have been patients of Dr. Griffin for over 12 years. We have always had a positive experience. The staff is always very caring and attentive to my children's needs. We drive an hour to the office because my children feel comfortable and love Dr. Griffin and his staff!!

Excellent Staff and Awesome Dentist we have been going here for 3 plus years and never had one issue they have been terrific with my children I wouldn't choose a different dentist for them

My name is Sarah. I have been going to dr. Griffin's ever since I was five. His staff is nice and so is he. I have never saw him knock children down or even punch them in the stomach and he has never done any of that to me. I would recommend him to anyone I know. I love Dr. Griffin and his staff

Dr.Griffin is HORRIBLE! Do not take your child here especially if your child has autism or any other delays. This man is rude and cold to the parents and children I will NEVER return here!!! From now on we will be driving to Columbus to see a dentist and I will be in touch with 6 on your side.

Not impressed by Dr. Griffin's bedside manner or the rest of the staff for that matter. The receptionists are very welcoming and polite though. The assistants seem miserable and angry and Dr. Griffin is not nice or patient. I was worried after reading so many terrible reviews and then I experienced it myself. We won't be back and would not recommend. Find a better place to take your child.
