Dr. Piedra and Dr. Wyatt also see patients who require a special needs dentist. A special needs dentist can work with children who have disabilities, dental phobias and behavioral issues. Our staff can accommodate your child's individual preferences whenever possible and we offer oral sedation and nitrous oxide sedation, if needed to make your child completely comfortable. Dr. Piedra completed her residency in pediatric dentistry at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine/New England Medical Center in Boston, MA. Dr. Piedra is on the staff at Loma Linda University Medical Center Childrens Hospital and is an assistant professor in the department of pediatric dentistry at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. She is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and an active member of the following professional organizations:
Dr. Wyatt completed her postgraduate program and fellowship in pediatric dentistry at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry and Children's Hospital in New Orleans, LA. Dr. Wyatt is an assistant professor in the department of pediatric dentistry at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and an active member of the following professional organizations:
Dr. Krall is a board-certified dental anesthesiologist who has dedicated his practice to the delivery of anesthesia and sedation services for dental patients only. Because of his dental background and his focus on providing services exclusively for dentists, he understands dental procedures and can anticipate the unique needs for each procedure and patient. Dr. Krall is a graduate of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. After graduation, he practiced general dentistry for 12 years before returning to Loma Linda University to train in dental anesthesiology at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and affiliated hospitals.

Kristie has been in the dental field for over 20 years and she has been working with Dr. Piedra for more than 10 years. She is an avid reader and enjoys spending her free time hiking, gardening and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Jill has been in the dental field for many years. She started out in orthodontics and then moved to pediatric dentistry. She loves working for Children's Dentistry of Rancho Cucamonga and has been here for more than 11 years. She is from Anaheim, California and now resides in Eastvale. She is married with two daughters. Her hobbies include crafting, swimming and shopping!!!
Saundra is the newest RDA in our office, and she has a passion for children. She is a mother to twin girls, Ava and Mya. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking and going on trips to Disneyland with her daughters.

I would highly recommend this establishment. My boys absolutely love this place. Doctor Piedra is absolutely amazing. She makes my kids feel so comfortable and she really cares. Staff is great and always accommodating. The facility is clean and safe. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you for being a great dentist experience for my little guys! My kids will continue to come here until they can't.

One of the best children's dental places. Very welcoming kid friendly from hand painted drawings on the walls for the kids scared of the dentist, to the staff being very polite . My daughter had to go under for her procedure and staff reassured me of her safety and she came out safe and relieved of tooth pain. Jill and Isabel are amazing . My children love them

Both of my daughters are patients and the staff is amazing! A welcoming environment makes a huge difference and they always make you feel welcomed. Not to mention that the office is clean and they practice Covid 19 precautions.

Unfortunately for it to be such an nice dentist office for a child first experience or any experience; they do not take public or subsidized dental (FYI) insurance.

It was my sons first dentist visit. He walked in and was so excited to be there and I was impressed with the office. The staff was amazing and made him feel calm and excited, explaining to him every step he would go through. Would recommend this place to anyone 100%

I was there with my kids and the back staff is the best but the front are HORRIBLE. I didn't feel welcomed and my child was told that had 2 kids baby teeth and ends up having more not a good diagnosis and the front staff is RACIST and didn't feel like they wanted us there. I'm paying with insurance not state money but they were mean and never got a follow up call. If you're ANGLO you're welcome there and the front racist staff will give you a smile otherwise, dont expect a welcoming smile from those RACIST jerks.

My son has severe anxiety. Prior to finding Children's Dentistry, we tried 4 other pediatric dentists with no luck. I highly recommend this office. They were beyond patience and kind and we actually made progress in getting my son to cooperate. I am so relieved and highly recommend the office!!! Please don't go anywhere else!

Dr. Piedra is a fantastic pediatric dentist. She takes such great care of her patients. Great, friendly, and caring staff. You are greeted with a smile, appointments are always on time once you arrive, and no waiting. The lobby and entire office is beautifully painted with a jungle theme which the kids really enjoy!!!! I would recommend Dr. Piedra to any family looking for a pediatric dentist!!! She is simply the best!!!

Live this place. From Dr. Piedra who is the best, down thru her assistants, to the front office personnel everyone is great here. Their patience is fantastic and everyone is there to help you. I would not takes my kids anywhere else.

My wife and I have been taking our kids here for 12+ years. We have nothing but good things to say; professional, friendly, helpful and kind with the kids. Quick story - they recommended braces for a short period while my son was young, about 10 years old, and would likely apply them again when he hit high school. I remember wondering out loud to my wife when they recommended this, is this just a way to make money, but in the end we are not dental professionals so we trusted the process. My son wore them for about a year, he is now 14 and may not even need braces again. There is also an orthodontist there, Dr Tabata, he handled all the orthodontics on my daughter. He too is very professional, helpful and good with the kids. Excellent business.

A visit to the dentist can be intimidating and scary for children. My kids thoroughly enjoyed their visit. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The dental assistant was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, reassuring, and knowledgeable. The Dentist was fantastic and excellent with my kids. I highly recommend this office for your children's dental needs.
