My profession is a vehicle to serve others. In order to treat my younger patients, I have to gain their trust, and from there we become a family. I am proud and humbled by patients who have allowed me to be of service to them for over 20 years.

As a specialist in pediatric dentistry, it is my goal to instill in each child great oral health habits. I love working with children, hearing their laughter, and relieving their fears. I enjoy watching my patients grow from toddlers to young adults with healthy, beautiful smiles.

By participating in continuing education courses year-round, I am able to stay current with the latest enhancements, cutting-edge technology, and advanced procedures. Continuing education enables me to provide my patients with more options and better results.

I am originally from Oakland, California. I moved to Los Angeles to attend USCs Dental Program and loved Los Angeles so much I decided to make it my home. John is a real estate specialist in commercial properties. He enjoys the many beautiful locations he travels to while assisting companies to find a new location that will best suit theirneeds.

When Im not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love playing tennis, going to the movies, andof course, I love to shop! John and I enjoy dining at the many exclusive restaurants here in Los Angeles. We also love grilled foods, and enjoy grilling many specialized recipes. Welive a very healthy lifestyle. Los Angeles is a great city filled with diversity, sun, and fun. I love that we can go from the desert to the sea and to the snow in just a few hours!

I very much enjoy giving back to the community. I am a member of many service organizations, including the Inglewood Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club of Inglewood, and the Palos Verdes Links. Allthese clubs provide many services to the community and I fully enjoy participating in and being supportive ofthe community by giving back.

Hi! My name is Lorraine. I have been in the dental field since 1982 andjoined the Childrens Dentistry team in 2013. Im a part of the office staff with focus on the account receivables. When not in the office I enjoy time with my five kids, 14 grandkids, and two great grandkids! My favorite things to do are spend time with all of my girls and going to Las Vegas every chance I get. I love good movies and good music! I cant wait to meet you and see your beautiful smile!

I love working in the front office the best because I enjoy the interaction with the patients and especially the children. I have watched so many of our little ones grow up whoare now adults. I have been privileged to see some of ourformerchildpatients bring in their little ones! When I am outside of the office, out and about, I am always greeted byone of our little children running up to me and giving me a hug and kiss. It has been a true pleasure to be part of Childrens Dentistry.

I met Dr. Barconey in another dental office while she was an up-and-coming pediatric dentist. Dr. Barconey and I became fast friends. We hit it off so well that when she decided to open her private office, I was first on board!

I fully enjoyed working with the whole dental team; I trained and assisted all the young women to aspire to become the best dental assistants, as well asfront office staff. All the ladies are smart and enjoy working with the children and adults. We have all become a family. I still get calls now that I have retired and moved to Panamwith my family. They still call me for information! I just love it!

I retired from Childrens Dentistry in 2012 and moved back to Panam to be with my children, Melsa and Rupert. I am so proud of my grandchildren: my grandsonJavieris a fireman working directly with the Panama Canal;my grandsonAlexanderis an engineer with Sony;and my granddaughterMildredis a securities specialist administrator with the Merchant Banks here in Panama. (Shes a chip off the old block! Me!)

My community involvement focuses onmy sons church, where he serves as a bishop. I volunteer and assist in the church wherever they may need me. I am always using my specialty of baking treats for everyone after service. Being a former head baker for the Panama Canal Generals Club, I am now back to my roots and serving up my wonderful baked delicacies for all to enjoy.

During my leisure time, I travel all over the world. I love that every two years my family has a reunion and we all decide on a new destination. I have traveled the seas on many beautiful ships and enjoyedall the amenities, as well asgetting together in Florida for the sunshine. I am so blessed to have a wonderful family that makes sure we stay in close touch through our many wonderful journeys together.
