The girl at the desk wrote me a note for school for my child to return the same day without asking if he would be going to school late that day. By the time I got him something to eat and brought him to school he would only be there an hour. It seems I always have some kind of issue with this place. This time it was a school note, last time they scheduled my child with the wrong dentist and we were in the waiting room an hour before they told us the problem and that we had to reschedule. You never get to see or speak to the dentist. Other issues before this also. Such an inconvenience that I have to find another place.

The dentist is great. However, the front staff is not friendly at all.

Took a grandchild in for a checkup. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Plenty of seating in the waiting area. In our case we were in and out in less than an hour.

I have been using them for years. Then I show up today with my step daughter whome I have brought many times and they will not see her because I am not her biological mother. Very unhappy

Very hard to get appointments, even when established patient. The day before appointment they called with appointment reminder and to verify insurance. The day of appointment we were told our child did not have insurance and that our child couldn't be seen until insurance was verified. We offered to pay out of pocket to go ahead and the appointment started however was told that was not an option. A hour later insurance was verified (again we were told this was done the day prior and our son has been seen here before) and they still had not called our child back to be seen. Parents are not allowed to go back. Do not waste your time and money here.

They are always so nice there. Although we have to wait months for an appt. They have always been accommodating. Dr. Covington is amazing and the staff that assist are as well. I'd recommend them to anyone and it's worth my 1hr and 20min drive

Great service from dentist and front desk. Always friendly and very helpful. Gentle with the patient no matter how old your children are. Enjoy coming here. Moved twice and now out of state and still travel here for my children to be seen! Still waiting on my Minnie Mouse ears!

I was completely out of options whenever I found this place for my son. He had an abscess and had been on 3 different antibiotics for 3 weeks. Noone could or would get him in to do anything about it. Dr. Murphy is the best! He saw the need for something to be done and he moved things around in order to start the procedure the following week! We could not get on anyone else's schedule for at least 3 months. I am so thankful for this place even if it is 1 1/2 hour away from us. It is worth the drive. The front desk and all the staff were super nice and caring!

Been sitting here waiting for over an hour. It's like this everytime. The hard benches do a number on your body. I'm beginning to think they lost my child.

LOVE this facility! Very friendly staff and super clean. We live a little over an hour away, but it's definitely worth the drive when it comes to a) good care of my little's teeth and gums and b) the overall experience and safe feeling he gets when he's here.

Unprofessional front desk staff. It seems like there is bad communication between employees or complete lack of care and professionalism. If it wasn't for them bring one of the few children's dentists in the area that accept Americare it would be safe to say they would have way less patients. My kid included. 2 visits scheduled within 10 days of each other ONLY to make a mold and they didn't do it either time. The receptionist waited until I was already on my way for the 2nd appt (which is an hour and 20 minutes away) to tell me she was supposed to reschedule me(again and not sure why, the first visit intended for the mold they had my daughter in and out of the back in under 7 minutes then said come back the next week) but she had forgotten to call me until the day of and only 40 minutes before the appt .. It seemed to me both days they overscheduled their selves and I had to pay the price.

My first visit was amazing and then after all other visits were terrible. I've cancelled 2 out of 3 appointments while sitting In the dentist an hour or more. They don't want the children to run around do things but their excuse Is their always "behind". My appointment today was at 11:00. I left at 12 because It was lunch time and It was a waiting room full of people while the dentist and staff behind the scenes were on break. They don't care If you're on break bringing your child or have other things to do they work at their own pace. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they refused they sent me to an answering machine so I couldn't obtain the proper paper work I need to send my child to another dentist office. It's really ridiculous.

My son was referred to a few dental clinics for a specific procedure that can't be done at his regular dental office. When we went down the list many place wouldn't see him. Finally we got to Childrens Dental Center in Rome GA. Made him an appointment and when we arrived it was like stepping into a relaxing kid friendly environment. There are fish that the kids can look at tvs for them to watch movies on, (Toy Story was playing the day we went) a "game system " even though it was off. The walls have fun scenes painted on them with bears, foxes, raccoons, and more. The bathroom is super nice also. When they took us to the back, they showed us around. They have chairs on each side of this large room with tvs for kids to watch while getting teeth cleaned. My son is very weary of strangers. Here, he felt so comfortable and relaxed which made this experience incredibly easy. He had to get c-rays done and he went with the assistant willingly without looking back for me as he normally would have. He did everything she asked of him. His other dental office was very aesthetically pleasing to the eye..... for adults. And they were great also. But he was so comfortable at this new place that we've decided to switch dental offices so we can come here. I was so very happy with everything. Customer service is on point at this place. Thank you guys so much!
