My kids LOVE going to the dentist ever since we moved to Kennesaw and started going to Children's Dental Center. Aside from the beautiful fish aquarium, the awesome train decor and train car that they can play in, my kids also report that everyone is really nice to them! I agree with my kids. The staff at Children's Dental Centers always provides great care and friendly service at every appointment and I have peace of mind knowing that my children are in capable hands at each visit. Thank you for being so great Children's Dental!!

Impossible to get on the phone (even when you're the first in queue, they take half an hour to pick up the phone) and constantly rescheduling issues. Have had three appointments scheduled, every single time we're getting calls saying things were double scheduled and we end up having to have the short end of the stick and reschedule. Horrible service and can't speak on the dentist themselves because we haven't been able to get that far into the process with this office!

Had a cleaning appointment scheduled for 3pm. Arrived 15 mins early and didn't need to update any paperwork yet was there for two hours. Literally watched everyone who came after us leave well before us. This office clearly overbooks and doesn't see patients according to appointment times. Completely unorganized and unacceptable! Will not be going back here since they do not respect other people time.

We have been going here for about 6 years and typically our experience has been great. Yesterday was not so great. We had an appointment for a cleaning at 2 they called my daughter back quickly but the oddest thing happened afterwards. At least two kids came in the building after us and came out before my daughter. Other children were steady leaving and they was no sign of my daughter. The kids coming out had teeth pulled and fillings bases on what I could observe and hear. I became concerned so I asked what's the issue. " Oh they should be bringing her out shortly". Immediately after she comes out. I asked her to what took so long. She said she had been sitting there for awhile waiting to leave. She asked could she leave and they told her no someone "specifically" has to walk her out otherwise Anna would get mad. This is acceptable if parents are waiting and they are finished they should be able to leave so we can get them back to school. I don't like this process and may have to switch to my dentist since she is much older. Thank you to young lady that did walk her out after I asked where she was. The front office lady checking us in was very pleasant and very nice.

Children's Dental Centers was amazing with my son. He was very nervous for his appointment, but they kept him relaxed the whole time. He enjoyed playing in the train car while we waited in the waiting room and watched the movie playing during his cleaning. Once we left, I asked how he felt about the appointment, and he said, "great!"

This Dental practice is superb! The entire staff is friendly, hardworking, and highly efficient. The office is neat, clean, spacious, and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming. Both of my children love going for their 6 month checkups! This wasn't the case with their two previous dentists. We are absolutely thrilled that we found Children's Dental Centers.

If i could give zero stars I absolutely would. Let's start out by saying they have allowed my daughter to be in pain for months at this point gave me a phoney date to shut me up and then when confronted she was extremely defensive and told me she can just have dental work in January which is almost 5 months away . This office is beyond pathetic if you want your children to be in pain and never get scheduled this is the place for you. But if you love your children take them elsewhere . I suggest herrin pediatric dentistry .

This is the best place! I've gone thru a lot of children's dental practices. But this place actually cares about the kids. From a past experience, my daughter was petrified of dentists. And i told them about it. They make sure she is ok thru the entire process. And will stop if she needs them to. I have referred everyone i know to come here.

Nice office aesthetics but my child had an emergency. They put a crown on one of her baby teeth and a year later the crown fell off. The tooth was still there and causing severe pain. I called the after hours line since nothing happens like this on a work day. And the nurse never returned my phone call. Terrible because kids have dental emergencies and this office doesn't care. I'll be switching my child to another provider after her emergency is dealt with.

Our appt time was changed without asking, I only found out when I received the email to remind me of the appointment. It would be nice in the future to be asked if changing the time would be ok.
