We recognize that all our young patients are unique and deserve to receive dental care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented dental team is committed to working with you and your child to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding dental experience every time you visit our practice.
Our doctors and team welcome every child with warmth, care for them with compassion and integrity, and work to ensure every visit is filled with laughter. We want kids to feel at ease in the dental environment, excited to take care of their smiles, and to have a happy and healthy life!
Everyone at Childrens Dental Care knows the importance of gaining our young patients trust. We provide painless, worry-free visits, tailored to each child, and ensure a welcoming, non-threatening environment.
In our clinic, we invite children to pick their seat and flavor of toothpaste. If they want to sit up in the chair, or stand, were okay with that. Likewise, if theyre more comfortable sitting on their parents lap, we will gladly adapt! We want kids to feel comfortable and we know that allowing them to make simple decisions makes them feel in control and decreases their anxiety.
When it comes to treatment, we use a Tell-Show-Do approach, with lots of positive reinforcement. By using everyday words, and showing children exactly what will happen, we take the unknown, which can be scary, and make it familiar and therefore safe!
We understand kids and love the energy each brings to our office! Its not unusual to find a doctor or team member crouched on the floor, chatting with a little one. Sometimes were talking about brushing and flossing, sometimes were chatting about superheroes!
