Dr Mian took such great care of my daughter for her extractions. The entire staff was excellent in helping to calm her nerves and the process was as good as could be hoped for .

Took my 4yr old in for an emergency visit. First off let me say I dropped the ball and didn't realize she had huge awful cavities in her back teeth. I had to pick her up from daycare cause her tooth was hurting. Second day of it hurting her and no appt was available. They took her in and I was surprised till we went back. They took radiographs and examined her mouth. It was Friday and we were told to come back tues that they didn't have time to fix the tooth that was bothering her. I asked if there was anything they could give her to stop the pain till we come back and was told it didn't happen overnight. It is now Sunday and this poor baby has been crying non stop about her tooth, can't eat, can't sleep. We've tried Motrin, Tylenol, Orajel, some different tooth/oral anesthics, nothings helping. I will keep my tues appt to help my baby but this is the worst experience with any pediatric dentist ever. YES, it was my fault her teeth got to this point but you are a doctor and when a child comes to you in pain you should do what you can to help her not make her suffer cause you don't have "time".

UPDATE JULY 2022:My child has been a patient a long time. No longer feel like a valued customer. The wait is getting longer and longer. Even though we check in before the appt time. Seems to be they are booking more and more patients with less staff to handle accordingly. OG Review 2017: Love this place! They don't treat you like a number. Very welcoming and caring staff. My daughter who has had a bad experience at a previous office doesnt get scared anymore.

I brought my 3 children in today for a cleaning and sealants. At the end of their appointment I was told I would need to bring them back for sealants and when asking why they were not doing them today after their cleaning I was told they typically do but today they didn't have time so I would need to schedule another appointment and bring them back. I asked if they could just put it on the younger children's teeth now and she said no we don't have time.

Great visit today. We got there a few minutes early and they took us right in. Everyone was super nice at check-in, Jaidyn had no cavities which always makes it better. Smooth check out process, six month appointment made before we left, and we were good for six months.

We love CTD!! The staff is always so caring to my baby boy! They always make me feel welcome to go back and sit with him. They always keep he and I informed on all the things they are doing and that need to be done.

Rude staff and completely no communication on service scheduled, no ability to reach anyone on their call service, no return calls and wait nearly an hour to be told the progression of scheduled service. You've lost my business and your managers call was nothing short of blaming the call center so I will not be returning and will suggest none of my friends and associates go to your office

The kids love this dentist. They have a spaceship for the X-ray room. The dentist was great and explained everything to me and the children very well. The kids will be ready when it is time to go back. I would definitely recommend this practice and dentist. The people were very friendly and welcoming.

This was my daughter's first experience at a dental office and going into it she was very nervous. Fortunately, everything went smoothly and she left saying: "that was fun!" The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming and Will, the dental assistant, was amazing! Highly recommend this office!
