1st off I went to get a concert form and 2 ladies decided to play peekaboo at their vehicle while they seen me try and open up the door they thought it was hilarious to pretend that they weren't there because they didn't want to work. Then they did work on my husband's youngest child without consent and when we ask them about it they immediately went to their supervisor to have us removed from their office claiming they felt uncomfortable. Basically because a man brought a child and I think people need to start sharing their bad experiences so that way the the corporate staff can see how Aurora office gets ran

The staff is just plain rude! They gossip and screw around while your child sits waiting for them to complete the task by the time they stop messing around the aren't numb anymore and they are annoyed that they sat so long, then the girls working get mean and hateful with the kids . Especially the little blonde lady who works there. Save your kids the time and fear go to Cassville or Springfield!!

Such a great office, and an awesome experience overall! The staff was friendly, warm and welcoming! My 4 year old loved every minute and the assistant went out of her way to make him feel comfortable and make the appointment a fun experience! 10/10 recommend!!!

Nice and clean ! Staff was very friendly from moment walked in door . Kensie our dental assistant was amazing with our son kept him laughing and in good spirits during our visit . I would recommend this dental office to anyone with children!!!

Was very impressed how nice and clean the office was, the dental assistant and the dentist was patient with my kids and explained everything they were doing, as it was there first trip to the dentist I was worried we wouldn't beable to accomplish the task but the staff was excellent, can't leave out the front deck girls they were friendly and welcomed us in was definitely a great experience

Staff is rude and if you call with an emergency for you child expect them to tell you it's a 3 month wait for an appointment. Worst experience I have ever had with a dentist for my children. Zero compassion. It's worth driving to Springfield to have people who actually care take care of my child.

We used to LOVE this place. It has changed so much and not for the better. The receptionist is the first and last person you talk to and she is so hateful and rude. The dentist rushes and doesn't seem thorough. Overall we will be finding a new dentist.

My toddler enjoyed his dental checkup at the Aurora Children's Smile Center. The dentist was patient, kind and gentle. Both of my boys were relaxed and was able to follow the dentist instructions. Was a great experience for them.

I waited 3 months to get into this place, them knowing I am pregnant and they turn me away for not having a letter from my doctor. they never even told me i needed a letter. I wasted all this time and money just for them to tell me i couldnt have my appointment. i got up at 7 AM FOR NOTHING!!

Staff is super friendly, efficient and super accommodating ! My kids have never complained they love it here! Would recommend!

I was insulted here! By the guy who was looking in my teeth think he was the manager here Told me that it looks like I haven't brushed in weeks or whatever. I came for my Appointment said he can't do anything with me and I have to reschedule for my Appointment since there was so much Junk or whatever on my teeth I have brushed my teeth I don't have bad hygenie I try not to but that's an insult how dare they say I haven't brushed in weeks I brush my teeth more then my Mom does. Very annoyed was put down by these people
