This place is terrible and liars. Watch out for your children!! This place claimed my children had cavities on second visit and needed to drill in there mouths. Mind you, I am had just transferred from a different dental office and I left them because manager changed. Well, my children doesn't eat sweets or drink juices. They wanted to oulls a couple of my daughters teeth and drill into my son's. Everytime we had a visit they were always pulling children's teeth under 5. We went to a new place and come to find out, they never needed drilling or PUKLING OF TEETH. Watch out for your children from this place.. terrible. Then I called them on their bluff with proof, they never said anything

DO NOT COME HERE IF CARE ABOUT THOSE ON MEDICAL! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT US! Worst dentist experience I have ever had and I haven't even had my appointment yet. 3 weeks before my appointment I am made aware that they are missing my Insurance referral and only my insurance referral. They have me call my insurance to have them fax and email it to them and so after 2 weeks of back and forth they finally receive it after my insurance agent speaks to them directly because for some reason once my insurance agent spoke to them their email and fax machines were now working and receiving the referral. After that I assumed I was all set for my appointment because I no longer received a call that I needed to send over more information. Once I finally arrived to my appointment I was told that I couldn't go through with it because they were missing my Doctor's referral. They did not once communicate to me that they were missing that information and now I have to wait a whole other month to get a wisdom tooth consultation. If you have liberty dental I suggest you find a better dentist with better receptionist that can communicate, a working fax machine, and with less email accounts because apparently they have so many they cannot verify which email referrals are sent to. Update: They finally have my doctor's referall which they received by calling my doctor. Wow how easy. Could they not have done this a week prior or a couple days prior? Hopefully the doctor who works my teeth NEXT MONTH has better communication skills and actually knows how to do their job. UPDATE 04/29/22: The office has called my dentist to once again ask for a direct referral when they A. They already have it and B. They have to directly call my insurance for that which they very easily can. They are obviously not wanting to give me an appointment and attempting to repeat the same thing they did last month. I've read the other 1 statements reviews and they confirm what is happening to me. UPDATE 04/29/22: The manager called me to lie to me about what was said to me on the day my last appointment was rescheduled. Her employee told me that after speaking with with dentist they were able to get the referral, however now the manager called me and told me that they were missing the referral. I explained to her exactly what was said to me and she tried to tell me that I was informed that my referral was not received. However, that is a lie because I was told the referral was received and I was all good to go. The manager is a liar and they do not care. I have changed dental locations and recommend everyone else does too.

My son went in for his annual check-up and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. He's had some traumatic experiences with other dental offices, so he's always extra anxious when coming in. However, the dental assistants and the doctors themselves are always very patient and accommodating. Shout out to Dr D for being so friendly and informative during today's visit.

I found this dental office awhile ago and I decided to finally make the switch. First appt was great they didnt take to long to check my son in and for him to be called in for x/rays. My son needs dental work and has a really bad infection on one of his baby teeth, they prescribed him antibiotics which he took all of it. They gave me the tx plan and i schedule his appt to have some teeth removed fast forword to 3 weeks later they call my job a day before his appt to confirm i told the front desk woman yes my son will be there his father will company him. She said okay that was it. Long story short his father then calls me and says thet he didnt have an appt because it was NEVER CONFIRMED i have proof from the caller ID at my job they called me to confirm someone at the front desk didnt do there job, then they took xrays again to check if infection went down they said it got worse and they created a new tx plan and they gave us 2 options either sedate him and do everything at once or laghing gas and it will be 6 appts to complete everything. Yeah they never removed his teeth that are badly infected, they never sent him home with medication, and they never scheduled another appt. they willingly let him go and told his dad that it needs to be taken care of asap, this is NEGLECT and Malpractice you can not send a child home knowing that his tooth is badly infected and the antibiotics didnt work! Im so disappointed that they didnt treat my son he was there on time and all because they said it wasn't confirmed when i have proof that i did. Im a dental assistant myself and we would never turn away someone because the appt wasn't confirmed most of the time patients show up when appts are not confirmed we will still see the patient.

We visited this place a few times and they are okay. My kids felt very comfortable and their visits are pretty quick. Try to come in the morning because the waiting area was full even during the pandemic. Some of the staff members were very friendly except for the lady who gives the quotes/pricing on future visits. They referred us to the orthodontist which is in the same office. Another appointment made. The orthodontist stated my son needs "phase one braces" ASAP! The gal who assisted him provided me a sheet w/the pricing and wanted me to schedule it right away. I told her that I need to check my schedule and also wanted to do more research but she still insisted on making it. She said it's okay to cancel the day before even though I didn't want to make it yet. Pretty pushy in my opinion. I went to a colleague of mine and she says he does NOT need any braces. He only needs retainers for now to fix his teeth/jaw alignment. Parents, please don't jump on it if you hear your kids need braces. Their permanent teeth aren't completely out yet. Why put them through that? After phase one, guess what....more braces. Do more research.

Background: On December 18th my 6 year old son had to be put to sleep so he can have his dental work completed. My experience: the front staff is always friendly and understanding. The anesthesiologist called me a day before and went over everything that would take place on our visit. This was my first time ever going through something like this so I was afraid. I think I was more afraid then my son..lol.. The anesthesiologist was helpful and empathic to my situation. When we arrived the anesthesiologist and dentist made me feel so much better. They answered any questions I had and they were very patient with me. The treatment only lasted about an hour and the front office gave me updates on the treatment along the way. When my sons treatment was done, he was okay and in one piece! My son is fully recovered and the best thing of all he didn't remember anything about the treatment. I definitely recommend anyone going to this dentist they are absolutely wonderful! **Adding another review for a different visit. My son had another appointment yesterday (5/10/2021) This time he had to have two teeth removed and a cavity fixed. My team of dentist and dental assistants were the best. Dr. Anh, Joseline, and Ruby were the absolute best! They made my son feel so comfortable for an uncomfortable procedure. Dr. Anh counted with my son when she pulled his teeth. I think the counting calmed him down. My son did not cry once! I also like that the parent can be in the room while treatment is completed. Thank you again for always providing a wonderful experience.

The staff was very friendly & respectful. I have a 5 y.o who had a traumatizing experience her first dentist check up. It took alot of convincing (to my 5 y.o) that she needs to go to the dentist. After searching & reading many reviews, we decided to give CHT a chance & im so glad we did. We found a new dentistry home.

Horrible Scheduling at this place, they keep bumping my son's schedule for 3 times! This clinic prioritizes only the insurance that they want! Please think twice in going to this place, there are other clinic that are far better than this clinic!

Extremely rude and out of touch with simple text message and email communications. Extremely rude staff and all around horrible covid and safety practices. They schedule too many appointments during the same time and have an office that is over run. Do NOT use this office.

The actual dental/teeth services are great. My daughter is happy to visit them. However, when it comes to obtaining referrals, they just don't want to be bothered. It's nice to be able to take my child to this pediatric dentist when most general dentists are reluctant to care for young children, but I have to do all of the leg work for them. This place will not go out of their way to call insurance companies or fill out a single form for HMO patients; they want everything handed to them on a silver platter. For instance, they told me I had to call my insurance company to renew the referral for a cleaning/check-up and I was able to have the form faxed straight to Happy Teeth, but they still didn't want to deal with it. They told me my daughter needs to be assigned a general dentist first and have the form filled out there, but my insurance company told me that's actually not necessary and the specialty dentist could also do it. This is not the experience I had with my own specialty dentist at all!! I'm just going to assume this is what this place does to avoid having HMO patients (seems a little discriminatory to me).
