Dr. Fletcher grew up in Auburn, Washington. He spent many nights going to work with his dad, an ER doctor, and knew that one day he wanted to help people like his dad did. It wasnt until Dr. Fletcher got braces that he realized he wanted to go to dental school someday. In high school, he was fortunate enough to go on several mission trips to Central and South America to help build schools. Each trip opened his eyes to the world around him and the wonderful people he met, many of whom were the kids who would soon attend the schools he was helping build. He also, spent several summers teaching windsurfing to kids at a youth camp. These experiences led him to want to work with kids for the rest of his life.
Dr. Fletcher got his bachelors degree in business with a minor in chemistry from Walla Walla University, graduating summa cum laude. He then went on to graduate with distinction from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. During his time at LLU, he was able to get an early rotation in the pediatric dental department and found his calling. He spent much of his free time there and arranged for as many rotations in the pediatric department as possible. He applied to the Loma Linda University Pediatric Residency program and was accepted. He completed two years of extensive training at the Universitys pediatric clinic as well as treating kids receiving medical care at Loma Linda Universitys Childrens Hospital. There were many late night trips to the ER department to treat dental traumas, surgical cases at the hospital, and treating medically compromised children staying at the hospital.
Dr. Fletcher is passionate about oral health and compassionate care for kids. He loves working with patients and parents to find a prevention plan that works best for them and their needs. And if there is a cavity or treatment needed, he wants to make sure that both the child and the parent are comfortable with the treatment plan and happy with the results. Helping kids have great experiences at the dentist is Dr. Fletchers favorite part of his job. His hope is that every patient that comes to Childrens Dentistry will love it so much that they will look forward to their next trip to the dentist. His goal is for Childrens Dentistry to be each patients happy dental home.
Dr. Fletcher is married to Dr. Rori Herscher-Fletcher, who is a family practice physician with Confluence Health. They have three children. Their daughter Eryn is 12 and loves to read, draw, listen to music, and watch movies. Their two boys, Ethan (9) and Rowan (6), are typical high energy boys who love Legos, riding bikes, and playing with their cousins. The Fletchers love playing outside in nature. You may see them skiing up at Mission Ridge, mountain biking at Squilchuck State Park, hiking the Icicle Gorge Trail, or paddle boarding the waterways. Wenatchee has been the perfect fit for them and the best place to raise their children. They feel privileged to call it their home.

I was born and raised in Wenatchee. I have been in dentistry for 13 years, 11 of those at Childrens Dentistry, 2 in adult dentistry. I love being a part of an office that has been a part of my beautiful valley for more than 20 years now! I came to Childrens Dentistry as a child and getting to work with a wonderful staff and the best dentists I know make me proud to come into work every day. Being at Childrens Dentistry for more than a decade has helped me establish wonderful relationships with patients and families, although it does break my heart to see the little ones grow up and start driving or go to college!
Outside of the office, I enjoy family time more than anything. During my spare time, I love searching for fun local events to help our community. Arts and crafts are never out of style. I am always up for a fun adventure like skydiving, scuba diving, riding four-wheelers, hikes..you name it! I look forward to meeting you and your children and assisting you to have a wonderful experience at Childrens Dentistry!
As a registered dental hygienist and a mother of four, 2 boys and two and two girls, I know the importance education plays in raising cavity free kids! I have been in the dental field for 9 years now and I enjoy being able to bring smiles to childrens faces every day! I also enjoy restoring smiles and giving children and teens a fresh start through positive reinforcement, education and partnering with parents to develop a home hygiene plan tailored to their child. I love working at Childrens Dentistry because I have the opportunity to bring fresh, healthy smiles to children every day! I studied at Wenatchee Valley College and earned my dental hygiene degree from Yakima Valley Community College. My family and I enjoy playing outside, coaching and playing soccer. We also enjoy movie nights at home and roasting marshmellows by the campfire. Honestly, anything with my husband and children makes me happy!
I have worked both in childrens dentistry and in orthodontics for the last 6 years so I have a varied background of education and information to offer my patients. I love being able to make a difference in someones smile. I like laughing and joking and helping our patients feel comfortable and at ease with dentistry. A child that is relaxed is a child that will easily cooperate with dental treatment. Outside of the office I love the sunshine! I have two children. We fish and swim as often as we can. Im a huge football fan. I love watching my son play. The Seahawks are our favorite team. We love going to games as well as watching our local Wenatchee high school team!
I have been working in dentistry for over a year now and I love working with an amazing team that cares for every patient that walks through our doors. I am passionate about teaching children healthy oral habits they can carry with them as they continue to grow. I love seeing children get excited to come see us because it shows me how well we do in making their visit to the dentist fun and comfortable!
Erika recently attended Central Washington School of Dental Assisting, where she became a Registered Dental Assistant. She is excited to be a part of the team and Childrens Dentistry family, where her boys have been treated for many years. Erika enjoys serving the community of Wenatchee and working with the staff who, support her being new in the field. She feels privileged to be working with and educating children about their dental health. When Erika is not working she is a busy mom of 3 boys who are passionate for soccer so they spend a lot of time traveling over the weekends to tournaments and games in the great state of Washington.
I love working at Childrens Dentistry in Wenatchee. The best part is the interaction with the kids. Kids are so much fun, playful and say the funniest things. They make me smile.I have worked in dentistry for over 12 years and my goal every day is to create a positive dental experience. I get the most satisfaction out of helping those with dental anxiety through their treatment. When Im not working I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons going boating, camping and mushroom picking. Other hobbies include reading, traveling, baking and basking in the sun.
I was raised in the Wenatchee Valley. I always wanted to work in the dental field, this year is my first year in the dental environment. I have the privilege to work in this dental office where I have been bringing my daughter for the past 10 years. I get to work with some of the assitants that have been taking care of my daughters teeth. Outside of work, I love spending time with my daughter. During winter we love spending time watching movies. In the summer we love spending time with family and friends, going on hikes, bike riding and swimming. This summer, my daughter taught herself how to long-board. It was amazing watching her long-board, while I walked our new puppy.
I am new to the Childrens Dentistry team! Everyday I am very fortunate to work with such an amazing team of powerful, inspiring woman and man! I grew up in this beautiful valley. This year I attended Wenatchee Dental Assistant School where I became a Registered Dental Assistant. I love seeing children come in so excited to see their assistants and the way the assistants interact with them. I learn something new every single day about dental hygiene and about myself. I adore inspiring and mentoring little ones here at Childrens Dentistry. Outside of this astonishing office, I love to be cuddled up at home with my sassy little toddler Isabella and my hardworking husband Jesus. We also enjoy to be in the kitchen cooking yummy food!
