Dr. Steven DeLisle is a board-certified Dentist Anesthesiologist. After graduating from dental school at the University of Washington, Dr. Delisle enrolled in an Anesthesia residency at Loma Linda University, where he treated over 2,000 special needs and pediatric patients under general anesthesia.
Dr. Steven DeLisle DDS was selected from all pediatric dentists in Las Vegas to join the team at Foundation for Positively Kids. The Foundation for Positively Kids is a non-profit established to treat medically fragile children, foster children, and special needs children at the Child Haven Dental Clinic.
Dr. Salar grew up in Los Angeles, California. After earning his bachelors degree in Biological Sciences from UC Berkeley, he attended Temple University School of Dentistry where he earned his dental degree. Immediately after graduating, he attended the prestigious NYU/Bellevue hospital program where he received his specialty certificate in pediatric dentistry.
Upon finishing his education, Dr. Salar moved to the Great Sierra Nevada area where he has since served infants, children, and adolescents at our pediatric dental office in Las Vegas. Although Dr. Salar emphasizes preventive dental care, conservative dentistry and home maintenance, his extensive sedation and surgical experience in performing full mouth oral rehabilitation have established him as the go-to pediatric dentist for children requiring advanced complex treatment plans, special needs, anxiety, and systemic health conditions.
Dr. Okuda was born and raised in Las Vegas. He graduated from Chaparral High School and then received a bachelors degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Between his college years, he served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, in the Japan Sapporo Mission. In 2009 he began his dental training at the University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine, receiving a Military Healthcare Professional Scholarship, and graduating in 2013. After dental school he served as a dentist, with the rank of Captain in the United States Air Force. He spent his first year in the military completing an advanced general dentistry residency at Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha, Nebraska. He and his family then went on an overseas tour stationed at Yokota Air Base in Japan where he practiced general dentistry from 2014-2017. Upon the completion of his military service, Dr. Okuda decided to pursue his true passion for orthodontics at Jacksonville University in Florida.
Dr. Okuda is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists, and is working to become Board Certified in Orthodontics, which is the highest certification in our field.
Dr. Okuda and his wife, Melissa, have 3 beautiful children. He enjoys being active and participating in activities such as surfing, snowboarding, and soccer. He spends most of his free time being a father with his wonderful kids, supporting them in their various extracurricular activities.

Absolutely amazing! Great staff. My son Trey has allergies and they were very attentive. Very through process. I believe our nurse was Vincient?? He was amazing! Treated my son like he was his own child. Also explained everything to me in great detail to make sure I was equipped to care for my son at home. The doc also did a great job with my son crowns. Thank you all for a great experience.

Use to enjoy taking my kids here before covid they would get the work done fast since covid you have to wait 8 months to get treatment done. upsetting because if it's cavities it should get done A.S.A.P as a parent I try to keep up with my kids teeth but kids are kids and this place isn't helping

The black lady tech in the braces area is undoubtedly the most unprofessional medical staff employee I have ever encountered. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if you have a problem after you leave they are not available by phone if you do get a hold of them your told there is no dr available until your next monthly appointment. When trying to ask this lady a question she just interups and trys to stop you from voicing your complaint. Been going there since March and 2 days later we have had a problem that has set him back. This lady also needs to keep her comments to her self or voice them to the parent not harang a 9 year old

I don't know what to say other than this was hands down the best experience ever. Walking in I was scared because my son was going to be put to sleep. But all that went away the moment I walked in. The staff was amazing. Vince was kind Laura after just wow! But the doctor and the anesthesiologist made me feel at ease. They followed up by phone after the visit. I was again worried about my son he was biting on his lip it turned out fine but not once was I made to feel like I was just a crazy worried woman I felt heard it was amazing. Take yourself here if you can take the whole family the service is amazing the bedside manner is 20 out of 10

They did everything in a timely manner. Noah was a new patient and they made us feel welcomed. Son did not feel scared or uncomfortable throughout the whole process. Great work!!

This place is awesome! My son has been coming here for a few years now and always has a good experience. When he first started going here, his gag reflex made it hard to take his x-rays, but the people here were always patient with him and he was able to get his x-rays done. Recently, we were running late to an appointment because I accidentally mixed up the time and they were nice enough to still fit us in before their lunch. You all are awesome!

Terrible place! They can't even do a proper cleaning because the machine was not working right. Then they give me a second appointment to "fix" my daughter's tooth, once there for the second appointment, they just tell me they can't fix it there and they will give me a referral to another doctor. Just making people waste their time. Why don't you people actually see the x-ray and tell us parents the truth from the beginning. But of course another appointment means more money in your pockets. So disappointed! will never go back to this place.

I brought my 2 girls in for the first time. The staff was great. My girls were super comfortable. Our dentist Dr. VICKI was very friendly and explained things well. It was a great experience overall. Will be back for sure.

Took my son in for the 1st in in over a year and he was nervous and asked lots of questions not wanting them to brush his teeth. The assistant was amazing and did what made him comfortable. It was amazing experience

I wish I could give them 10 stars, Im from Cincinnati and we never experienced such good customer service like we do here, the whole staff is AMAZING! From the front desk to the dental assistants and the orthodontist he so good with kids/teens.
