For long time I haven't been satisfied with the service at Children's dentistry, but jept giving them a new opportunity. Well this was definitely last one. Two of my kids had back to back appointment. After cleaning, my little one had a reflux and vomited. They through out of office my husband and the little one. The older stayed with a dentist and after he was done, he came out and we didn't even have chance talking to the dentist about our concerns. They should be embarrassed. At the end of the they they're medical staff and suppode to help. I called the office to file the complaint. They tried to apologize to make another appointment and have me speak to the dentist. But I honesty do not want to come back. During my previous visits I always got charged for something they would check and said it was covered. They would apply fluoride even if I said I don't want it for my kids, because they had it previously and insurance was covering once a year. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration and this place gets better for future customers.

By far the best children's dentist in San Diego. My daughter and I have been through many of different dental offices and had some really bad experiences... unfortunately making my daughter very scared of dentist... But then my friend recommended this place and finally I feel like the search is over! The place is clean and fun. The staff and dentists are so friendly and kind. They took their time to make my child feel comfortable. If general anesthesia is needed, they have an amazing office in Carlsbad with great staff as well or you can go to children's hospital which I hear is also really good. I can not express enough how happy and thankful I am for this office! All the staff was amazing but special shout out to Leslie for going above a beyond for my daughter, thank you so much.

Very great dentistry office! Very friendly staff everytime we go, no matter who we get to clean our teeth! Take their time with children and really explain how to brush properly! Make it fun for them also, have games in the lobby and tvs in the room to watch as they clean! Also during covid, they're taking extra safety precautions, checking temps, hand sanitizer as soon as you walk in, and gloves provides for you and child. Love this place!

I like the staff here and my appointment was quick however my 5 year old was having a difficult time adjusting going to the dentist because she had surgery at this dentist office and the dentist was a not ride to her! She's a toddler and only reacting because of the recent surgery and she doesn't like the dentist! Wish the dentist had more compassion to my daughter! This is the reason I'll be going back to the Super Dentist!!

This was my 6 year olds 4th visit here and 3 year old 2nd. They both love the staff here! My six year old has had 2 cleaning and some other teeth work done and everytime they make her comfortable and take things easy on her. My 3 year old this was her first time getting her teeth cleaned and they were really patient with her. They helped her feel like she was doing a great job with all of it and when she wanted to be complicated they allowed her to sit in my lap and helped her be as comfortable as possible! I highly recommend this place to anyone with kids!

Stay away from Children's Dentistry of San Diego. Without proof or evidence, Children's Dentistry of San Diego baselessly accused me and my children of stealing its sunglass. Worst, its workers at its front office literally and physically tried to steal and grab our sunglass from my daughter's face. The names of these two workers sound like (a) Sheryl or Cheryl, and (b) Mary. They provided NO LEGAL BASIS, and most horrible they provided NO FACTUAL BASIS in their illegal effort to steal and take away our own sunglass. My rights and my children's rights were violated, and my children and I were horrified, shocked, shaken and depressed by their false accusation, and we are still horrified, shocked, shaken and depressed. My 7-year old son was so offended and distraught that he said out loud "Daddy, that's not right, she has no right to say and accuse us like that." Although Children's Dentistry of San Diego has many security cameras all over in its office, nobody showed us any evidence to support their accusation. This is because the disputed sunglass is our own sunglass, and most importantly, my daughter actually wore her sunglass from the initial moment that we first entered the dental office. So, Children's Dentistry of San Diego assumed (without evidence) that we stole the sunglass from them. In fact, its own security cameras would (a) prove that Children's Dentistry of San Diego was a bully and liar, and (b) show that the disputed sunglass indeed was worn by my daughter from the first moment she entered the dental office. Mary simply told us that our daughter got the sunglass of the dental office, and she told me to give our sunglass back to the office. After I explained to and argued with Mary that (a) it's our sunglass and we won't give it to her, and (b) our sunglass is different from the sunglass used in the dental office because our sunglass is red and white and clear/transparent with a brand name printed on the side of our sunglass, while their dental office's sunglass looks cheap and is totally dark black. I told her that "our sunglass has brand name, your sunglass is cheap $1.25 at the 99-Cent Store." In fact, the office manager confirmed that our sunglass has brand name printed/etched on the sides of the frame of our sunglass while the sunglass of the dental office has no brand name, and (c) the dental office does not have any sunglass like our sunglass, but Mary insisted that our sunglass belongs to the dental office. Then another worker/receptionist, whose name is Sheryl (or Cheryl), stepped into the fight/argument and demanded that we immediately gave to her our sunglass by telling us to give our sunglass to her, and she then told us that she "can have it" while she fully extended her hand to reach toward my daughter's face trying to grab and take away my daughter's sunglass. Her hand was not long enough to reach over the counter of the front office to grab and take away my daughter's sunglass. Thanks to the counter of the desk, otherwise there would be a big physical fight between me and Sheryl/Cheryl because I was determined to protect our property and not to let any of these office workers/receptionists steal or take away our sunglass. Then the office manager showed up; her name sounds like Charlene. I explained to Charlene about the issue and told her that if she had evidence that we stole the sunglass from her dental office then she needed to call the police to make a report and make charge against us in a court of law, but she didn't call the police because she had no evidence (although her dental office has cameras all over the dental office); however, she told me that she will talk to Mary and Sheryl/Cheryl. In any event, I assume Charlene doesn't have the power of a god to change Mary and Sheryl/Cheryl after she'll talk to them. They are who they are, and hence they will remain to be racists who illegally practice profiling for the sole benefit of the Children's Dentistry of San Diego. Our above opinions are based on our real and true experiences, your experience maybe different.

First time here and the two ladies who took care of my daughters today were very professional made my 3 and 6 yr old so comfortable. The explanation of everything was very thorough compared to other places and I appreciate that tremendously
