If you love having your children being canceled on a constant basis, then I highly recommend this place. Especially if your children need dental treatment. We ha e been waiting months for my son's teeth to get worked on, and 3 times now his appointment has been canceled. This time, we did not even get a make up appointment and was encouraged that there could be cancelations. I am tired of this type of treatment.

I have twice had the office call to reschedule appointments for my kids because issues keeping a dentist. Never have we seen the same dentist twice. The new reason for canceling is because the new dentist only takes cash.

I was afraid to traumatize my toddlers who needed dental work done and they showed us such care and are playful with them its amazing my kids love going. Also they refer to an amazing surgery center as well! I couldn't say enough nice things im just so grateful for them taking those steps to make it a good experience

Worst experience ever, had to be sent to oral surgeon to fix the damage. Ignored my child's pain- she was screaming. Dental tech kept calling my child momma- she is 8 years old and was confused by this. Won't be going back.

The staff is always so great with all the kids there! The patience and understanding alone make the visits easy. Even when they are extremely busy and having to deal with others not being so understanding they are professional and courteous to all.

The dental Hygienist's were awesome. They explained everything to my 10 year old who has severe anxiety from a traumatic experience when he was younger. They made it fun for my 3 year olds first time as well. When he started to get startled from one of the cleaning tools she immediately stopped and switched to something less intimidating so he didn't have a bad experience; something I wished someone did when my oldest was little. We will definitely be returning!

We had our 1st visit with children's dentistry. They had us back in a room before I was even done completing the new patient paperwork, I was impressed with the assistant. The dr was great. Looking forward to our next visit.

Staff was great but the dentist was not the normal dentist and they used the gas on my son for his cavity but did not use the injection or any numbing agent and he was in tears from the drilling. Upset but he goes back tomorrow for more fillings.

I'm usually happy with the office, however today my daughter came out of the room in tears because the TWO Dental Assistants were mean and rude, completely unprofessional. Talking about her in the 3 person, Gossiping about the patient in front of the patient not very classy. They threatened her and verbally abused her. A dental who threatened to remove her braces if she broke a beaker again... seriously, the office was closed for 2 month due to covid and your blaming and threading child..... This is unacceptable! I am a retired Dental hygienist, and never in my 25 years did I make a patient cry. Shame on you for treating your patients like this. We PAY for your service we don't pay to be treated badly. I will definitely be complaining to corporate office. Very disappointed in their professionalisms

I had an appointment at 10 am and waited around until 10:45 and they took xrays of my teeth and then had me wait in the front for 30 more minutes while other patients arrived and went in before I did, then I was brought in and cleaned my teeth and waited another hour before the dentist came in and was really rude to me, said "either floss more or get your teeth drilled and didn't put the polish on my teeth! I am never going back there again!
