Tien graduated from Guilford Technical Community College as a dental assistant in 2016. She is engaged to be married to Ting and they have a daughter that they absolutely adore. She is bilingual; speaking Vietnamese and English. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, shop and decorate her house.
Karla is originally from Mexico and is bilingual. She completed her Dental Assisting Program at Alamance Community College in 2017. Karla represented ACC at the Skills USA state conference and won 2nd place for her Dental Assisting Program. Karla is married to the love of her life, Timothy, and they have a beautiful border collie named Cali. Karla loves kids and seeing them grow and mature into amazing people, while helping them with their dental needs.
Natalie has been working in the dental field for 18 years- most of those years have been in pediatric dentistry. She is very passionate about her job and loves to help others. It is important to her that she establishes a relationship with the children and their families. Natalie has been working for Dr. Hisaw since he opened his practice. She is very proud to be a part of the CDG team. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and going to the movies. She is also an avid concert-goer with her daughter.
Katie graduated from Alamance Community College in 2016. She graduated with honors as the most outstanding Dental Assistant. Before becoming a Dental Assistant, She was a Certified Nursing Assistant for six years. She loves caring for others. Currently, Katie lives on a farm with her husband Joey, and two adorable dogs, Henry and Finley. Henry is a tiny Chiweenie and Finley is a huge German Shepard. When she isnt at work, she is spending time with her family, shopping or going on vacations. She loves the beach.
Maria really enjoys working with children. Shel loves spending time with family and friends. She really enjoys spending time with her own children. Maria also enjoys walks at he park and the occasional run.

Dr. Hisaw has been my family's dentist for 6 years now. I love this team so much. It's has been the same staff for years and I love that for this establishment. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. One of my children has anxiety and Dr.Hisaw does an amazing job with engaging while making my child comfortable. I would 100% recommend anyone to this place.

The front desk staff always have great attitudes but some dental assistants along with the Dental provider Dr. Hisaw has terrible attitudes & always being sarcastic to my son, saying things he shouldn't say to a child to provoke him to anger as well. Every time we've came to get my 9yr old fill-in done Dr. Hisaw is always in a bad mood like he don't want to be at work or do his job. Then he will rush the procedure without letting my son gums be numb enough & soon as he force the needle into his gums my son screams cry, moving while his assistant holds him down & blood is coming out his gums consistently while laying on his back, swallowing it. Instead of stopping with the needle while my son is moving he got aggravated & said subliminal comments Then proceeded to have a very negative attitude & be very agressive along with his assistant. Talking harsh while He's still intense on anesthesia & laughing gas with his mouth numb, which they should of comfort him & made sure he was numb enough & okay first to go further so I do not recommend no one to come to this facility & will Never bring my son back to this horrible facility ever again!!!

Dr. Hisaw and staff provide an incredible experience for children. There was a hiccup in the billing department but they went above and beyond to fix it quickly.

Dr. Thane Hisaw and his staff are amazing! All 5 of my children have received 5 star service from Dr. Hisaw and Children's Dentistry of Greensboro. Thane is a wonderful man of God. I can tell that Dr. Hisaw wants to do the best that he possibly can in caring for children's teeth. He partners with parents and encourages the children to prevent tooth related issues. You will not go wrong by choosing to use Children's Dentistry of Greensboro as your children's dentist.

From reading other reviews and getting a recommendation from my pediatrician, I'm sure the dentist here is great. Unfortunately I couldn't even make an appointment. After 7 attempted phone calls over three different days and a voicemail, I gave up. Of the three times that they actually picked up the phone, I was transferred to another line to make a new patient appointment. Once I left a message and the other two times I was disconnected before anyone else picked up. My message was returned but of course at a time when I wasn't able to answer. I'm not sure why there is only one person in this office capable of making a new patient appointment but it is very inconvenient. I called another recommended pediatric dentist in the area and was able to make an appointment on my first phone call with the first person that picked up the phone. As a busy mom, I don't have time to play phone tag with the dentist's office.

Love these people! Dr. Hisaw and his staff are AMAZING! They are so kind and upbeat with all 3 of my children. Always accommodating and thoughtful. We have been with this practice for years, and have never had anything but a wonderful experience! Keep up the good work Dr. Hisaw!

Dr. Hisaw & staff are always gracious & attentive to my special needs children! Both my kids have autism so dental & dr visits can be intimidating, but the CDG family has made our experiences so welcoming & easily manageable! Everyone from the hygienists & office staff to Dr Hisaw are friendly, patient, & kind with ready smiles for my kids! Y'all are the best! Thanks!

We love Childrens Dentistry and Dr. Hisaw! The care he provides to his patients is exceptional. I would never have my child see anyone else! He really cares so much about the kids and their families and he works to create lasting relationships with his patients. I highly recommend.

I took my kids here for 5 years starting with my oldest. My youngest ended up with a double cavity that needed to be capped. Well I called for 2 months trying to get it taken care of. They did not call me back and acted like each time I called was the first to informed them. (Mind you in all this my youngest has special needs and was telling me they were hurting which I explained to them. The staff and Dr. knew about the cavities and told me to call if they became a problem. ) I ended up having to contact a whole new dentist who got us in the day I called and had her teeth taken care of in less than a month.

We love this office. Dr. Hishaw is the beat, as are the nurses. They are all so wonderful and friendly. When my daughter had to get 4 teeth pulled to make room for her big girl teeth, they were so kind and caring and let her watch my little pony to ease the pain. Best experience with a drs office yet. I couldnt reccomend them more. You wouldnt be disappointed. They take medicaid too.

I've been bringing my son here for 5 (going on 6) years and I would never choose another dentist! My son and I absolutely LOVE Dr.Hisaw and his staff. Never have I met a dentist who got along so well with their patients while being an exceptional and professional.
