We love Gales Ferry Dentistry! Great doctor and nurses! I have three children and they love at the end being able to choose stickers for one another to bring home as a suprise. Usually the nurse takes us to grab our stickers but the front desk lady was there and was very very upset that my child wanted to grab two extra stickers for his brothers. Her comment was "Will they be coming in for an apt?!" And I said "yes, they will be soon! If you'd like I'll pay for those extra stickers." But she ignored it and I smiled and wished her a great day. As a mother sometimes we need to even encourage adults to make life happier, easier and flow. Besides that silliness it was absolutely wonderful! Let's hope she finds some humanity

Great staff, it was my first time there and they were so welcoming and made my child feel so comfortable. The staff at the front desk was so nice and professional. I recommend anyone who is looking for a new dentist office for their kids to come here.

I highly recommend Dr. Harris and his team. The office is very accommodating, pleasant and professional. Dr. Harris is very gentle and knowledgeable in dentistry. I recently had a procedure and didn't feel any discomfort start to finish!!!

I have been a part of gales ferry dentistry since I was a little girl though the dentist isn't he same one of course... my daughter goes there and in 3 1/2 years she has become comfortable with the staff for the most part. Now they won't allow parents in the back with the child for comfort they will not allow a child with needs to have that comfort of a parent even for procedures. Not a good fit for children with special needs and anxiety or ptsd and fear of needles.

Been coming here with the kids for a few years now. We have been very happy with the dentists and hygienists. Unfortunately reception is quite harsh if you are running late. I gave a courtesy call to alert the office we were a few minutes late due to outside forces. We squeaked in just before the 10 minute cut off. However the receptionist was on the phone and did not acknowledge us until after the cutoff and said we were too late and canceled our appointment. The office was empty so I guess everyone just wanted to go home early at our expense.

The entire staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Harris was thorough, caring and explained everything to me. Hoping he will be my dentist for years to come!

We absolutely love the hygienists and doctor at Children Dentistry of Gales Ferry! They are kind and earn the trust of young patients. They make sure parents/ children feel comfortable and informed. We love it here!

Awesome Children's Dentistry. They are great. My kids love going there 4&5 yr olds and they look forward to it every time they have an appointment. (They like the stickers and the toys) My son got fillings on a previous app and he still wasn't afraid to go to his next cleaning appointment.

We left our dentist locally because we felt he was not a patient enough man to be working with children. This place is a farther, but it is totally worth it. We have only had our first appointment but can already see a difference in the way that they handle children compared to the former dentist. I highly recommend for children who are afraid, because they made my children feel excited to go back.

First time visit here with my two children 2 and 4. The office staff is very friendly and the medical staff are also extremely friendly. The office is extremely clean and the environment is geared towards children making them feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this office my experience was all i could wish for.

HORRIBLE customer service. Woman at check out laughed and mocked us when we finished our service and we were told we had $1000 to pay and openly admitted to not running our insurance and saying she'd file a claim AFTER we pay. Office manager paid no mind to disrespectful staff. If I could leave 0 stars, I sure would.
