Dr. Lewis graduated with honors from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2005 and then received additional training in the specialty of pediatric dentistry by undergoing a 2-year post graduate program at Lutheran Medical Centers St. Joseph Hospital site in Providence, RI. Prior to dental school Dr. Lewis attended Texas A&M University where she received a degree in Mathematics. She is currently an attending doctor at St. Josephs and is on staff at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital.
Dr. Mike was born and raised in the Catskill Mountains of Upstate New York. Prior to his career in dentistry, he was a middle school science teacher in the South Bronx. He subsequently graduated from New York University College of Dentistry where he received the Bernard E. Rudner Award for Excellence. This award is given to a senior student who demonstrates superior performance in performing oral comprehensive care and administering a dental practice. Dr. Mike went on to complete an advanced education in Pediatric Dentistry at NYU Langones Providence, Rhode Island site.
Dr. Mike is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and has an interest in global dental health. He has gone on outreaches to Kathmandu, Nepal and Kingston, Jamaica where he was able to directly treat the needs of the local children as well as teach pediatric dentistry to the local dental students.
Dr. Ellen Faye Alpano specializes in pediatric and special needs dentistry. She completed her dental school training at Columbia University School of Dental Medicine in 2005. After graduation, she served as a dentist with the Indian Health Service in Arizona. She then returned to her home state and completed a residency in pediatric dentistry at the University of Maryland Dental school in 2009.
Dr. Olga Raptis grew up in Manchester, NH and was raised by her hard-working Greek immigrant parents, Mike and Elena. Olga later went on to graduate from Brandeis University with a BS in Biology. Her interest in dentistry developed during her first few summers in college where she spent her time observing in a pediatric dental office. Olga went on to earned her DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where she developed a strong passion for working with children and dentistry. In her senior year, she was elected President of the Tufts Smile Squad, a non-profit student organization, where she participated in numerous community outreach programs targeting the pediatric population. She received her two-year advanced speciality degree in Pediatric Dentistry from NYU-Langone Heath - Providence, RI, where she served as Chief Resident. One interesting fact about Olga is that she is fluent in the Greek language and spends her summers visiting her family in Kastoria, Greece. When she is not practicing dentistry, Olga loves living an active lifestyle and enjoys rock climbing, hiking, running, and traveling abroad. Upon completing her pediatric residency, Olga is excited to begin serving her community and the children of Rhode Island.

This childrens dentistry of Coventry is SO KID FRIENDLY!! My son has been coming here since he was 5 years old, and hell will being turning 11 in a couple weeks. Ever since he was 5 he would play with the toys in the waiting room. Then in office they have special glasses and cartoons playing when he's getting a cleaning. They would give him a choice of bubblegum, grape, orange various flavors of toothpaste to clean his teeth. He loved it. He felt part of the process. At the end they always give the kids a little bag of their own toothbrush, toothpaste, floss and a sticker. They are all kind, from the front desk to the hygenists to the dentist. I will never stop bringing him here, it's a wonderful non-threatening place for a child, and I would even say it's the most child friendly dentist I've ever seen! Thank you for taking care of my son!! Mamma approved.

The whole staff here is amazing. My son has been coming here since his first dentist appointment when we lived in Coventry years ago, we now live 45 minutes away and still come here because we love it so much. I would 100% recommend this office to anyone!

Dr. Lewis is THE BEST! She has been wonderful with her care of my daughter. She is a super mom herself and I feel so lucky to have found her. She even once came in on her DAY off with all her children in tow to fix a spacer that was causing my daughter some pain. Recently we have seen Dr. Mike(?) I hope I have his name right. He is excellent too! So awesome! The desk staff too. Love this place!

Children's Dentistry of Coventry is such a warm and friendly place! Every single staff member is so courteous and patient, they make you and your child their #1 priority. They take the time to explain every step to your child and answer any questions you or your child may have. Always have a very short wait time and the office is very clean! I highly recommend Dr. Lewis and Children's Dentistry of Coventry!

Dr Lewis is truly amazing. Her bedside manner is unbelievable.She is very compassionate and caring. Her staff is compassionate and professional as well. You could not ask more for a top notch dentist.The office and rooms are immaculate! Coventry pediatric dentistry is by far the best around.I have been taking my daughter here for years. There is not a better dentist out there.

We've been coming here almost 7 years. I have never received anything but outstanding service from each & every staff member. They have consistently exceeded my expectations, and have provided the best care for my 3 boys- all with great attitudes. You will not find a better dentist for your kids!
