From his calm demeanor and quiet approach which makes him great with kids you may not know that Dr. O also has exceptional medical credentials. From his first degree in dentistry in his home country of Nigeria, Dr. O has continued to add to both his educational and hands-on dental experience. Just one of his may achievements is being a Pugh Award Recipient an honor given to those scoring in the top 3% of their dental board exam.
Before continuing his dental education, Dr. O received his Masters in Public health (MPH) from the University of Queensland in Brisbane Australia. He utilized his education to work with the World Health Organization (WHO) as a Field Officer focused eradicating polio and HIV/AIDS in Nigeria.
When he decided to pursue more extensive dental studies, Dr. O chose Boston University's Henry Goldman Schoold of Dentistry where he graduated with honors. At BU he received both a Doctor of Dentistry (DMD) degree as well as Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) in Pediatric Dentistry/Pediatrics and Dental Public Health.
During his residencies in Dental Pubic Health and Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. O was a dean scholar. His graduate research focused on the relationship between sleep deprivation and dental caries (cavities) in children. He also researched the use of dental technology in the detection of dental caries and as a predictor of caries risk in Children.
As accomplished as he is and as much as he loves working with patients, Dr. O cherishes his time with his wife, Adesuwa and his two small girls, Naya and Ivy. And when he has that little bit of extra Dr. O time, he enjoys playing jazz piano. At one time, he was even a member of a band. He also enjoys travel, reading non-fiction, playing soccer and watching Sponge Bob.
Dr. Rangiani is a well published Orthodontist/scientist who has been providing orthodontic care in DMV area for more than 5 years. She is friendly and compassionate towards her patients and makes the treatment a fun and pleasant experience.
Dr. R uses cutting edge technology to provide most efficient and precise treatment, so orthodontic treatment will be easy, and fast and efficient. Throughout the years hundred of happy and beautiful smiles were created by Dr. R and her team using newest technology, art and science of dentistry. Outside the office Dr. R loves paintings, both observing and creating them, and playing the piano. She also is training for a half marathon and enjoys yoga and meditation.

I bring my daughter here despite being out of network for most things! It's rare to find a doctor AND the staff be equally compassionate and caring. I hope they continue to maintain their level of excellence. Can't recommend enough!!!

Ambrosia, Stephanie, Nekayla, and Jasmine was absolutely amazing! The doctor of the office should be proud that he hired them. I would recommend this place to any parent with children! The doctor is gentle as well and cares about your children wellbeing. Bye also does braces and give out gifts cards lol I highly recommend this dental office. Oh and it's extremely warm and cozy in the office

Dr.O Is just overall amazing! Love how he listen's and just takes the time to work on your child needs, Especially he definitely checks up on your child afterwards and calls and Just gives you that secure feeling that definitely my children will be in safe hands! By far the best dentist I've been to. My children love coming here. 20 out of 10. Staff is super sweet. Making appointments is so simple. Dentist and dental assistant are AMAZING.

Dr Alex is the best and most caring dentist, my son had the sorest cavities and he treated him very will and even called to check on him after the procedure and after we went home , I recommended this place 100 percent !

Both of my kiddos go to Dr. O. for regular check-ups, but more importantly they are part of the Healthy Start program. I am so happy with the results so far! It has been worth it! So glad I found Dr. O. and love the Healthy Start program.

Dr. O and his staff are absolutely amazing. My kid has anxiety when it comes to the dentist and they were great. The office is extremely child friendly- toys in the waiting room, great music, inviting decorations, and TVs above every chair. Dr. O has a very calming demeanor. He quickly put my child at ease and conducted a through exam. He readily made my kid laugh and smile. Dr. O clearly communicated the treatment plan and patiently answered our questions.

This was our first dental appointment and visit to Dr. O's. Great experience from start to finish. Welcoming environment and team to the visit rooms--clean and engaging. Dr. O and his team is phenomenal. Knowledgeable, engaging, and overall just so kind. I wish they took adults. We've definitely found our daughter's dental team. Highly recommend to all parents!

Dr Okoye and the staff at this clinic were spectacular in their delivery of care. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming even though it was a weekend visit. Dr Okoye's depth of knowledge about what he does is reassuring and he communicates the plan of care in a stellar manner. He also knows how to place his patients, the children, at ease. My experience with other pediatric dentist offices led me to believe I will not be stepping into one till my daughter was ten years or older, however, one visit to the Children's dentistry of Arlington changed all of that. The dental assistants are bright and cheerful, the design of the clinic is very child oriented with lots of things for your child to do there while you briefly wait. If I could give 10 stars I would. Great place!

This has been a long time coming and I apologize for the lengthy delay. Dr. O and his team were fantastic in taking care of two cavities for my child. They accommodated us on short notice and went above and beyond to ensure my child was comfortable. I greatly appreciated their service and would recommend this office to anyone needing great pediatric dental care.

I have been looking for a children's dentist for a while now that CARES about the comfort of my child and not just how fast they can get things done (which is the real struggle of using TriCare recommended dentist). I was very grateful that the doctor explained to me some future potential issues to pay attention to in order to prevent them. The staff here was also very helpful and explained everything very well!

Dr. O is amazing and his staff as well! Also they offer air abrasion which is some sort of non invasive cavity filling which was amazing. I have a 5yr old and she did great! Clean office as well. Thank you Dr. O. We'll see you for our next visit!

The best dentist place! Dr Alex, Amen and all employees are wonderful, kind and they creat welcoming environment. Very clean dentist with a lot of creative attractions for kids . They used an effective techniques to avoid kids fear of dentist. They have free parking as well. I am going to let all my cousins and family know about this place.
