Each member of our pediatric dental team is licensed in Nitrous Oxide Monitoring as well as certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid. After earning her GED, Stephanie continued her education through State Career School. There, she earned a Dental Assistant Certificate. She also completed courses in Coronal Polishing and Nitrous Oxide Monitoring.
Michelle loves to help patients become more involved in their own oral health, and seeing them leave the practice with a bright, healthy smile is among her favorite parts about working in the practice. She is currently taking Early Childhood Education courses, so she especially loves working with young children and looks forward to opening her own daycare one day.

There I spent 25 wonderful years working with clients who were like my family. I did all their one-on-one care for the clients who were 100% dependent on the staff. The last 10 years I was also the office manager. Working there was highly rewarding.
For Lisa, its an absolute pleasure to work with our doctors. In her role, she enjoys her day-to-day duties at the practice. These include checking patients in and out, scheduling, scanning, answering phones and all other daily tasks. She also loves talking with the kids and parents as well.
When shes not at work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and her two sons Evan and Ethan. Their dog Comet is the heart of their family. They enjoy bonfires, bike riding, swimming, outdoor activities and so much more. She loves being around her family and friends any chance she can.
Mehnaz is currently a Psychology Major on the Pre-Dental track studying to become an orthodontist. Mehnaz loves seeing children walk out smiling after getting their teeth cleaned, and believes that if children dont love their dentist, its difficult to instill proper oral health habits for their future.
Janet holds an Associate of Applied Science degree and a paralegal certificate from Loyola University. Previous to joining the team at Childrens Dentistry Group, she held a position as a teachers aid in a special needs classroom.
Janets truly enjoys interacting with the children. Some children come to our office frightened of the unknown and what to expect, along with their parents. Its a pleasure to assure them and to watch them gain confidence as they meet with our doctors and staff. She loves the smiles that she sees after the visit.
When not at work, Janet loves to travel with her fianc on his motorcycle and they have visited many states. She loves to go antiquing and also has a small business selling motorcycle parts and antiques. Organic gardening is also a passion of hers; She loves to grow her own vegetables and share them with others.
Savannah studied Elementary Education and Psychology at Wesleyan University, which means she couldnt love working with the kids in our practice any more than she already does! She loves seeing how happy and excited most children are to visit the dentist. According to Savannah, Each child brightens the office in their own way. Its so rewarding to be a part of why a child is smiling.
Outside of the practice, she enjoys going on adventures with her sons, exploring different parks or going to car shows when the weather is nice. Personally, Savannah loves to draw, knit and play guitar.

Loved working at Children's Dentistry Group this summer! All the staff and Doctors are so welcoming and amazing to work with. I had a great experience working here and watched all the patients leave with a great experience as well!

I brought my daughter to the office when our previous practice unsuccessfully (three times) could not complete a crown and root canal. I saw the reviews and took a chance on Childrens. The office booked us quickly and were very friendly :) Both of my children now see the office regularly and we couldn't be happier, Lisa is especially helpful and cheery. They are quick and offer options other offices don't like laughing gas. Thank you for being so great!

We love Dr. Blair (or Dr. Susan to my son), he talks about her all the time and only wants her to check his teeth! She was super great and understanding when he was nervous on his first visit and worked with me and him to make it as comfortable as possible!

Children's Dentistry is such a wonderful place! Everybody, from the front desk (many thanks to Donna!) to the dentists are so great to work with. My daughter who's 5 needed crowns, fillings and the only way we could do it was to go under total anesthesia. She is my 3rd baby and I did everything I could to avoid it. I came to their office as a last resort and I couldn't be more happy. Dr. Joshi is so kind and patient, my daughter feels so comfortable with her. Dr. Blair did her dental surgery at Amita Hospital in Hinsdale. I'm telling you, for someone that ran away from putting my kid under anesthesia, we had the best experience. My daughter does not remember the pain and she is now looking forward to go back to the dentist. She woke up and all the work was done and she wasn't in pain. Everyone at the hospital was so nice and attentive. They let me in the recovery room and I was the one who woke her up Dr. Blair is just a sweetheart! I recommend this place to anyone

My almost 2 year old had an accident while playing and lost a front tooth, chipped another and suffered trauma to his gums and lips. It is difficult to do the things needed for a child in this situation, luckily the staff here were WONDERFUL with my son from the moment he walked into the office. There were stuffed animals provided to him for comfort, everyone complimented his dinosaur shirt which always makes him happy and they handled our little guy with such gentle care. I will recommend this dentistry practice to all of our friends in the area with children and tell them our great experience. From the bottom of our hearts, my wife and I are so thankful.

My daughter's 1st visit went super well especially for an almost 3 year old. The hygienist Mary and the dentist made her very at ease, she got a sticker and princess wand when done too. She still tells me every morning the dentist said vitamins before brush my teeth...cause they are Gummy ones lol. I definitely recommend and have her next appointment all set up. You even get a little report card showing how the visit was.

I brought my 4 year old daughter for an appointment with Dr. Blair. The entire staff was great from the time I scheduled the appointment to the end of her visit. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They made my daughter comfortable and happy through every step. I'm so glad I chose to bring her to a pediatric dentist because it made the experience exciting and not scary at all for my daughter. She loved coming here and can't wait to come back! The Dr. Was great at explaining what was going on with her oral health and showing me the X-rays. She explained what treatment would be needed in a way that was easy to understand so I didn't leave feeling overwhelmed or confused. Overall a great office and we will be coming here for all our dental needs!

Children Dentistry Group is the best! I brought my 4 year old a couple months ago for treatment and Dr. Blair made him feel comfortable and made it super easy for him. Also brought my 8 year old yesterday for an emergency and they took him in the same day. Dr. Joshi did an amazing job on his teeth. Overall super happy :)
