Children need a dentist who understands how to care for their teeth as they develop. I spent years learning what those needs are, eventually earning diplomate status with the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. I am committed to staying at the forefront of pediatric dentistry so that I can provide the latest treatments available to help your child have a strong, healthy smile.
Dr. Greg and his wife Sue have been in the Tampa area since 1991 serving the community. Sue graduated from St. Leo University and is a teacher at Corpus Christi Catholic School in Temple Terrace. They have three children Maura, Mike, and Brian that graduated from Tampa Catholic HS.
Melanie has been a mainstay at Childrens Dentistry since 1987 (before Dr. Greg owned the practice). She loves seeing the children have a positive experience at the dentist - especially Dr. Greg. It comes as no surprise that this beauty was once a teen model. These days, Melanie spends her free time with her children, two grandchildren and volunteering at church.
Shannon has been here from the beginning in 1991 and shares, I love kidsso working here is not like a job. Some fun facts about the Tampa nativeare that shes ambidextrous and has 9 brothers and sisters! She is fond ofdrawing, baking and spending time with family and friends.
Brenda has been with Childrens Dentistry since 1992. She enjoys children and working with her hands. Hailing from Dover, Florida, Brenda knows sign language, plays the guitar and is an avid gardener. She is fond of fishing, the Tampa Bay Rays, relaxing at home and walks at the park.
Hailing from the great state of Washington -- Pasco to be specific -- Becky loves her Seattle Seahawks and Ohio State Buckeyes! At Childrens Dentistry, she loves working with the kids, the staff, the clean & organized office. In her spare time, she enjoys playing the piano, Broadway musicals, catching all the latest movies, shopping at International Mall and eating out -- Bonefish Grills Bang Bang shrimp are her fave.
A native of beautiful Cuba, Maria loves loves LOVES the children that sheinteracts with at Childrens Dentistry. Her hobbies include going to thebeach, watching movies and relaxing at the pool. When shes not cheering onthe Bucs, you can spy her shopping it up at the mall, cracking people upwith her humor and cutting a rug with her superb dance moves.
In her role at Children's Dentistry, Carolyn enjoys making a positive difference in kids dental health and seeing them leave with a smile. New Orleans born and Tampa bred, she is all about family time, site seeing, theme park hopping and most of all the beach. When she's not cheering on the Lightning and Bucs, she dabbles in photography, gardening and cooking up tasty new recipes. She's even fluent in basic sign language.
Born and bred in Quito, Ecuador, Carla is fluent in Spanish and has the magic power of being able to organize, decorate AND execute a party or wedding. At Children's Dentistry, she loves her coworkers and helping the kids. When she's not cheering on Liverpool Football Club, you can find her crafting, at church or Joann's.

Dr. Stepanski is the very best. You know you have a great dentist when your kids actually look forward to going to his office! He even answers emergencies personally on weekends. His staff is so kind and friendly too; we just love them.

Worst dentist office ever. Staff are rude and the office is filthy. They don't provide a place for you to sit. Will never come back to this filthy office.

Today I had the worst customer experience ever in my life with this dentist. I went there, my son was a little nervous (nothing special) and the dentist did not have any patient with him. She did even try....she did even say hi to him... well...this is the WORST experience. And she left me without the service...she denied to attend him. Is just a kid. Is juts try to talk with him a lillte....I will never return there again.

Best Dentist Ever! Every time you call the front they are always super nice and tentative to everything that you need. Anytime I have ever called for my kids having any issues with their teeth hurting or anything at all they get them in extremely quickly. I have tried multiple dentist offices for my children and they always hated going to them. Now they don't even fight back that they don't want to go to the dentist. Best choice I ever made was getting them in here!!!!!! Definitely would recommend to anyone. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Today was our first time visiting and our experience was so warm, caring, thoughtful, and patient the staff they are just amazing Dr.Gregory he has the magic touch. We had the best VIP treatment ever my daughter Madison was great in the chair I myself was surprised I give Children Dentistry

If your family is looking for a new dentist...this is it. Dr. Stepanski is top of the line. TOP OF THE LINE! Dr. Stepanski's heart is for the kids. He has surrounded himself with kind and gentle staff that also show over and above that they care and want you to be comfortable. From the fish in the office that all of my babies have watched in amazement, to the fun (before covid) video games, puzzles, books and toys he has for all ages, it is a GREAT office. I think we started going to Dr. Stepanski in 2005 or 2006. He took care of my 21 year old (starting around 7 or 8), my 16 year old (starting when he was around 2 or 3) and my last baby, my 8 year old (starting as soon as we could get him in;) ). All different personalities and Dr. Stepanski handled them all. My middle son even BIT Dr. Stepanski (not too hard) and Dr. Stepanski handled it so so well. With such kindness and knew that my middle son was just super nervous. But never a smidge of anger when he approached me about it. As a momma (who was aready mortified that my child did that), it meant the world to me that he was so understanding and loved my child through that rough moment. When my oldest daughter moved out it was one of his sweet ladies answering the phones in his office that gave me one of the greatest pieces of encouragement to mend my momma's broken heart. They truly listen to you and take your families situation into consideration. I will greatly miss those front desk ladies. Then my last little guy...my "baby". He decided to out of the blue develope an abscessed tooth on CHRISTMAS EVE morning! The staff at Dr. Stepanski was right by my side walking me through step by step what I needed to do and where to take him. Now, we spend the next two days (Christmas Eve and Christmas Day) at the Childrens ER recieving IV antibiotics (they were kind there as well and would allow him to get his treatment and go home for the holidays as long as we came back) but Dr. Stepanski had someone calling us and on top of us checking how everything was going with our little guy. Dr. Stepanski had him in the day after Christmas, first patient, worried about our lil guy. We felt so taken care of and any fear was met with kind words and instructions. This is long, but I just wanted to let people know...this is a wonderful, loving, and caring office that will take you and your whole family into consideration. We are a military family and their prices were amazing. They also took our insurance when not many dentists around the area still do **sigh**. He is more than affordable and considerate in pricing. We have now moved upstate Florida and we feel that this office is at the top of the list of what we will miss around Tampa. They have seen our family through many many good times and hard times. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Stepanski. We will greatly miss him. And if we ever move back within an hours drive...we will be back! We love Dr. Stepanski. <3

Today my daughter had been experiencing an abscess on her tooth that was fracture and Dr Stepanski examine and referral my to an oral surgeon for my 5 year daughter, i must say she was in and out in 10 mins, im so happy this blessing of having an incredible dentist like dr Stepanski and staff to reassure that my daughter would be in good hands!! I hope to continue this relationship and recommend his best services Dr Stepanskihas for children and anyone in need of the best Dentistry in tampa thank you so much!!

Wow wow wow!! Dr. Greg's practice is simply amazing! The staff is even amazing-er!!! My child had their teeth cleaned by Chelsey and they had never been so clean! She cleans teeth like no ones business! If I could have my teeth cleaned there I most certainly would!!!! I can't say enough great things about Children's Dentistry!!!
