I just had the pleasure of talking to Brenda. She was amazing in helping me find an emergency appointment for my 5-year old who unfortunately has cavities. She was kind, fast, compassionate and truly great with people. Thanks Again Brenda Appt 09152022 @ 230pm.

The team was great and the customer service was really good. The only problem is that you guys have a bad AC and it is probably about 85-90 degrees in that building. Your employees should not be working under those conditions and especially not a pregnant one. I didn't get her name but the pregnant one was so sweet and patient with my son.

I 100% recommend this place because I had a bad experience at another dentist's. My son didn't want to go to the dentist anymore because of it. Then I found this place on Google and it had great reviews, I wanted to try going to this place and I don't regret going to this dentist. I talked with doctor Lee and he understood our situation and was patient with my son when he was nervous at first. He explained everything he was doing to my son and my son is very happy with the service. I seriously recommend this place, it is amazing and your kids will be very happy with their treatment. Si hablan Espanol, esta Brenda para ayudarles a traducirles en Ingles, es muy amable y servicial.

Liam always has a pleasant experience while at his appointments. The staff are always welcoming, polite and caring. The dentist are always conscious that they are dealing with children so they try to reassure my son that he is in safe hands an can relax. When he is nervous or scare they comfort him with lighthearted tales an jokes. Then give him praise for being fearless. I appreciate the job they do.

I gave this place 3 stars, but now I'm giving them one because they pissed me off. My son who is 3 went to his appointment and was a big boy about it, no crying or fussing. They said he had 7 cavities even though I only see ONE but I said okay fine. They said bring him back in a month to get fillings. I thought a month was a long wait for fillings but I said okay. Second visit he goes in and the nurse scared him with the X-rays so he get crying and scared to open his mouth. So without even looking in his mouth the doctor tells me he has more cavities and one that has a shadow now. And that they was to put him under General anastedic to give him fillings, when I expressed my concerns that he's only 3 and that it's dangerous to put a child under and that I wasn't comfortable doing that. They laughed at me, told me "don't look on the internet" and rushed me out of the room. Without even offering me other alternatives to make me and my son more comfortable. And they also said that it would be ANOTHER 2 months before he gets his teeth filled!!!!!!! So I decided to switch dentists. Called my insurance and explain the situation. When the insurance called and asked for the treatment plan from these people. They said no they won't give it to the insurance and that I had to go down there. They actually pissed off the insurance guy. So no these people OBVIOUSLY do things to get paid more. I won't me going back and I don't think anyone should go here either. Also the place is rundown with homeless people everywhere, creepy men staring at you as you walk in with your children. No thanx. Not comfortable at all with this place. Period.
