I have waited past my appointment time numerous of times 20 to 30 minutes. I ran late today bc my GPS took me the wrong way. I was 8 minutes late. They told me I had to reschedule. I drove for 30 minutes. I also called for directions but was on hold for 10 minutes. She was only supposed to get a cleaning. I didn't see why they couldn't take her then they claim she had to get a lot of work done which I was not aware of. They did the same thing at her last appointment. Really hope I'm not going to be billed bc I did show up. I feel like they didn't even want to service us because we are never seen in time in the first place. So upset.

Nafisah Cuffee: My experience at Children's Dental World is always great but this time was very special for me to post my review. Went in for general cleaning and checkup then the dental assistant came out and told me by 7 year old needed 4 teeth extracted!!! I was scared because I could not be back there with her bc of Covid 19. I really wish I could remember her name but she has a calming spirit about her and even though I never spoke to the doctor which is something I feel he should have come out to explain she was amazing. She explained everything to me she made me feel totally comfortable about her being back there alone and she even gave me an update and made eye contact with me when she came out to get another patient. When I finally was able to see my baby she came out smiling. I was so relieved and she only ended up needing 2 vs 4 teeth out. I would def recommend those dentist to anyone to take their children. I never write reviews but they def deserved a 5 star report!!! Thx you for taking such good care of my children always!!!

The staff are always super sweet and patient with the kiddos. They absolutely love getting their teeth cleaned (for once) and enjoy picking a prize and a new tooth brush after every visit. We have been coming here for about 3 years now and we are very happy with Doctors and staff. Very informative and professional. Waiting area keeps the kids entertained! Highly recommended. Military friendly, accepts tricare.

I need my daughter to get two teeth pulled due to the orthodontic dentist needing it done before she can get braces. We have been with childrens dental world for a while now, we have had a few issues in the past with them not taking my daughter serious about tooth pain and such, she ended up with a infection really bad and all due to it, But I still called them to set a appointment up to get both teeth pulled. When I called the first time they asked for my insurance (which we had just been in two weeks before for cleanings and they ran through insurance- so they have it already) I sent my insurance and paperwork from the ortho dentist in a email. I was told they would call me back. Never got a call back, so I called again- they said they lost my info that I had sent over, so I sent again and asked to please be called back- one lady told me they were merging with another company so they were not able to keep up with things, but she said I promise I will get back to you by the end of the day with a total and appointment for her to come in. I never heard back. When I called the last time, the lady was really rude and told me she would call back. This has been a month process, with no call backs, rude tones and my daughter never getting seen. I ended up taking my daughter to Weis Pediatric Dentistry. I have nothing but great things to say and my daughter was taken care of. I will not be back and taking all 5 of our children to Weis. If you want a good dentist that cares and a staff that is friendly take them there, you will not be upset you did. I do not recommend Children's Dental World.

I've generally had no issues other than the wait time. I've always had to wait almost a hour before my children are ever seen and it's truly ridiculous. Your appointment time means nothing.

They're ok if all your child needs is a cleaning. One of my four children who were seen here was on the waiting list for dental work for well over a year and one day they left a voicemail saying they no longer offer the services and gave the contact info of another office who does. You're better off going elsewhere.

I love that they have evening appointments for cleanings so I don't have to miss work to take my daughters! I never wait more than 15 minutes and the dentists are wonderful. Both daughters have also had to have teeth extracted and had great experiences.
