First ever dental appointment for my little! We were both a bit nervous but it went beautifully. No lines or waiting. The staff were calm and sweet as can be, she was immediately relaxed and seemed to feel safe in their care. Dr. Jones was so gentle and patient during her exam and cleaning. My daughter usually puts up a bit of a fight during a teeth cleaning but not today! We will happily return to Children's Dental Theater in the spring.

I have been taking my daughter for years. Never have the dentist told me that she has cavities. I have asked because I know she eats candy. He would always say no. She went in the dental van at school they said she a lot of cavities. I went back to him he looked in her mouth and said he do not see anything. I stop going to him and came to a new dentist they said theirs no way he couldn't have seen the cavities...

The schedule request is to long, and the system doesn't always work, and they have no solution for you when you call. And some of the people who work in the office can be rude and very unprofessional. I'll just find somewhere else to go. I've been before and it's even worse.

My kids was going to this dentist a while before the pandemic and now they some new lady(Caucasian) that has a very nasty attitude, she called me being rude because I'm asking her simple questions. Then I became frustrated by her ignorance and no longer wanted to talk to her and I asked to speak to someone else who is more knowledgeable on what I was asking, ohhhhh she really ain't like that yelling telling me NO YOU CANT SPEAK TO NO ONE ELSE!! And became even ruder and hung up on me as she yelled!! It don't make no sense that I have to change my child's dentist do to a unprofessional employee. They need to get rid of her because I guarantee they'll continue to loose patients!

It use to be a great place to bring kids back in 2019 and before now it's horrible ...! The appointment process is horrible!

Nice environment, nice dentist but I hate the appointment process. It's long for no reason, then you have to continuously do it before every appointment. Just too much of a process just to see and do the same thing every trip. But other than that, nice environment

Great place, the people there were really nice and they had a super cool theatre room. It was a really nice place, especially for it being in the city, Definitely recommend going there.

I gotta give 2 stars because myson has a hole in his tooth and they knew that when i called to make the appointment so we get thier and they just give him a cleaning and a referl for another dentist

The Secretaries are very unprofessional, if you don't like your job get a new one. They are very rude and have attitudes all the time. That maybe the reason why that dental office have no clients...its always empty. I feel sorry for the dentist's because those women are disgustingly ignorant and I wouldn't reccomend anyone to take their child there. DO IT & YOU WILL BE VERY UNSATISFIED.

I am a Dental Hygienist...and my child & family members love the experience there. I feel confident that their dental needs are being met & exceeded@ The Children's Dental Theatre..and my daughter can't wait until her next appointment. I as a dental provider recommend this practice.

Great place to take my son for dental appointments. The office is set up like a movie theater, and it's a great distraction for him. That being said, he need to get more professional office attendants. They're rude and sometimes mean. I've been once where the lady was actually nice.

They will get ur children in only to bill the insurance. They are not equipped to deal with tooth pain, cavities or anything else a child may complain about. It gets a one star only bc of the kid friendly environment. Very disappointing they will give a referral but the dentist they send u to are very rude and clueless to the plan of action or even that your child was referred to them. I'm NEVER going back or recommending this place to anyone

Friendly staff, clean and fun dental office. My kids and I love it!!!
