Jason Zimmerman, D.D.S., M.S. is a board certified pediatric dentist that consistently provides compassionate and comprehensive pediatric dentistry to each of his patients in the Dallas/Fort Worth community and beyond. Dr. Zimmerman is a graduate of Texas A&M University and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. He then went on to a residency program in pediatric dentistry and received his Certificate and Master's degree in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry.
Dr. Zimmerman started Children 's Dental Services of Texas Safari Division, a community based pediatric dental practice committed to providing excellent oral health for children. His philosophy from the very first day of practice has been: 'Practicing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive pediatric dentistry with an emphasis on consistently improving procedure outcomes.'
In addition to practicing direct patient care in a safari-themed clinical setting, Dr. Zimmerman is on the staff at Cook Children's Medical Center and the new Dodson Surgery Center. With his specialized training and credentials at these pediatric facilities, Dr. Zimmerman practices hospital dentistry for those patients requiring such care. Dr. Zimmerman currently serves on the executive board of the Cook Children's Oral Health Coalition and is a member of the Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, and the Fort Worth District Dental Society. While Dr. Zimmerman is dedicated to the art of pediatric dentistry professionally he spends the balance of his time with his family. He and his wife enjoy traveling with their two lovely children and are active in their church.

My son and I had a great experience! The entire staff is great keeps you updated and makes sure your comfortable. I was extremely scared about my son getting 4 teeth pulled but they did great and updated me through the entire process. I definitely recommend.

My 4 year old was deathly afraid of the dentist. Dr. Zimmerman made him feel comfortable and safe. He gives your children choices and treats them with kindness. Super friendly, the dr gave to the point instructions on what was happening. I didn't feel like I was jst being sold something my daughter didn't need. I didnt go to the restrooms but the facility was clean. The whole process and staff where working in sync and on a positive level.

On a Sunday, my little three year old had a dental emergency and this office went above and beyond to help us *ON A SUNDAY*. My girl ended up having a severe tooth infection that spread up her face and was in the hospital for a week. Stacia helped me throughout the day, to figure out where to take her, and Dr. zimmerman called me personally to make sure she was okay. He also fit her in Monday morning to take the tooth out, drain the abscess, and make sure the rest of her teeth were good. We are so thankful for their help in a time when we were very worried for our little girl. This office is amazing. A God-send to us for sure.

Super overbooked. They never have any availability for months. They never call and confirm appointments, just once and if you don't call back immediately they cancelled it themselves. My child was last seen on 06/2020. She is supposed to be seen every 6 months. Scheduled an appointment for December. Come December and THEY cancelled without letting me know, no calls voicemails, text messages nothing. They said the office was closed cause the dr had an emergency surgery at the hospital. So they weren't able to get her in the schedule until Feb2021. Again THEY cancelled her appointment because of the weather. This was a week after the snow storm!! They rescheduled again for Monday May 17 2021. I get a voicemail on Tuesday may11 to call and confirm appointment. And on Thursday may13 they send a text saying her appointment is cancelled cause I didn't confirm. I called when I got the text message and the receptionist says cause I didn't call back within the day and half that they cancelled the appointment & that I have to reschedule cause their policy is really strict if you don't call back and confirm, like whattt!!! Within the 30 mins from the text, where did the appointment go, who did y'all give it away to that fast. I still had Wednesday Thursday and Friday the appointment wasn't til the next Monday.Now they rescheduled for July They are what feels like extremely over booked to even get scheduled with in the next week. So if I could give it a zero on scheduling I would, so angry

By far the best dentist that has worked on my kids!! We moved to Burleson and decided to find someone closer. We weren't too happy with the new dentist and we called over to Dr. Zimmermans office and they gladly took us back. My son had some treatment that needed to be done and I was very hesitant about putting him to sleep to get the work done and he was able to do the treatment without putting him to sleep. My son had such a great experience!! Dr Zimmerman and his team are amazing!! I highly recommend him!!!!!

Has been amazing with my 7 year old who has seen him since she was 2! My other two kiddos love going to Dr. Zimmerman. The office staff are always friendly and very helpful.
