If I could give it 0 stars, I would do it. It was the worst experience in the world. The doctor who treated my girl (22 months). He was rude to her. The check-up was only to have her mouth opened and when my girl started crying they let her go and the diagnosis. It was blaming me for the cavities that my girl had for giving her breast milk and then they told me to wait for my girl to feel pain so that they could remove her teeth and that's it. The worst clinic and staff.

I was having issues making an appointment at our regular dental clinic and a letter came from school with info for an onsite dentist - seemingly easy until you get a bill for god knows what after the insurance company already paid out $300+ for a cleaning. What a racket. Also fees are not disclosed ahead of time and since our school also has a share of lower income students, running a mobile dental clinic and then overcharging isn't helping make dental care accessible.

Took my 3 year old here and they wanted to give her gas and have their staff hold her down to pull a tooth out extremely barbaric and I will NEVER recommend to ANYONE. EVER.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars most ghetto place I thought we were going to be pulling up to a nice clinic type building. My son's appointment was at 12:30 and now they said they were going on lunch so unprofessional. Never recommend

If I can give this place a zero star, I would. I left a message 2 weeks or so ago regarding scheduling an appointment for my daughter and they never got back to me. Every time I called them, it just send me straight to their voice mail. I also scheduled an appointment online as well and for them to reach out to me but nothing has been done and no call back. I would not recommend this place to anyone and sure as heck won't trust this place with my child.

Grandson had an emergency dental appointment at 9:30am today and we are still here. It is now 12:01pm I Do not recommend anyone to come here. The care of the facility is very unclean. Just terrible. The reception was nice. Thats it!

My son needed a tooth pulled and has autism so getting dental work done is difficult. I was under the impression that this was a pediatric dentist office since it has "children" in their name. The dentist he got said his plan would be to hold down my 7 year old and pull it out. I asked him if that was usual protocol for them and he told me they do this all the time which to me is very disturbing and cruel. He was very rude and unprofessional. We walked out and will NEVER be coming back. The other reviews are correct. I asked to speak with someone there about my concerns but they never called me back. This place is a joke dont waste your time.

This place is a joke, if I could give zero stars I absolutely would. They are good at canceling appointments at the last minute after calling me twice the previous days to confirm in which times and dates were all mixed up (did not match the times and dates that we agreed to) then all of a sudden the dentist has a funeral to attend..So how could THE DENTIST not have known his/her schedule in advance. Now my kid has to walk around in pain from a lodged tooth smh..You've been warned!!! So unprofessional.

First time experience, it was less than 10 minutes for them to see how many cavity my daughter have. Second experience, waited for 20 minutes to be call for them to look at my daughter teeth. When they call us to the back, it was like 2 minutes look. You guy need more people that could speak and understand English better. Please introduce yourself to the kids or family when they arrive to get their teeth check or look. Without communication to the kids. Both of my daughters is scare of this place. They never scare of dentist at their normal dental cleaning place. Hope yall will improve next time I get there. During both visit, there were no doctors dentists. It look like only dentists assistance only work there. They don't even try to do xray.

Dentistry staff was very nice and informative. However, the administrative staff was disorganized and a bit rude. They entered my phone number in wrong when I made the appointment so they were unable to confirm the appointment. When we arrived they let us know we could still be seen but it would be a wait. When I asked how long she could not answer. We ended up only waiting 10 minutes past our original appointment time but the whole process felt very disorganized.

This place is ridiculous. I've been calling over and over and no one answer the phone. They keep sending me a bill and I have insurance! Someone from the office called back but could provide absolutely nothing because she wasn't from billing. She was just returning voicemails. With no intention of solving the issues. My daughter had a simple extraction and covered 100% by my insurance but they haven't even billed the insurance. This is awful. I'll never go here again.

My daughter had to get a baby root canal and they were so good and gentle with her. She is high energy and our family dentist had a hard time getting her to relax but the dentist here easily made her feel comfortable. In fact she is requesting they be her regular dentists, so we will be back!

I called for a month to get a hold of someone to get my daughter put on a wait list to be sedated for a treatment. I was told she would be put on the list, I was told emails were sent and I kept asking for a confirmation. Finally I called and basically demanded I speak to someone about it, only to be told I had to come in again to sign paperwork to put her on the list and to speak to a doctor. A MONTH I have been calling. Extremely negligent.

They weren't terrible, but definitely not a place I would refer people to. I took my almost 3 year old to the Minneapolis office. I sat in the chair with my daughter while 3 workers surrounded us discussing how understaffed they were. They also were very brief in discussing my concerns. They gave me a one sentence response to my concerns about having her tooth pulled. I'm not sure if they were downplaying the pain with getting a shot, but my daughter screamed and kicked through it. She can exaggerate sometimes, but I'm not confident that it truly was only pressure and not pain.
