The sedation Dr Avery canceled the appointment once again and was very rude and told my son's grandmother that he doesn't care how much longer he has to wait to get his teeth fixed.

Made me prove my parent hood to my adopted child and repeatedly told me if I was her "real mom" I wouldn't have to do this (by saying biological parents do not have to prove that they are their kids' parents). Had this been a requirement for all of my children, I would not have minded but it wasn't. They need a measure that goes across the board to protect the children if this is the purpose for the "proof." This was the Gainesville branch.

I overheard the Secretary state it smelled like cattle. Refering to the waiting room. I hope the surgery taking place with out Son has more class.

The doctor's here are so nice and they keep you informed on what's going on. They were more concerned about my childs well being than her appearance. Meaning they did what was best for her teeth, not her looks.
