(Translated by Google) Dr. Kaufman - The doctor we've been looking for for a very, very long time. Doctor with a capital letter!!!! If you need a doctor, not a businessman, then this is it. It takes even the most difficult cases like ours (Original) Dr. Kaufman - Doktor, kotorogo my ochen' i ochen' dolgo iskali. Doktor s bol'shoi bukvy!!!! Esli vam nuzhen imenno doktor, a ne biznesmen, to eto on. On beret dazhe samye slozhnye sluchai, takie kak nash

Great experience! My 13 yr old had to been seen for a dental emergency, even tho we didn't get the news we were hoping for, we still had a good first time experience here. From the front desk, to the doctor assistant and the dentist!

Good evening all! 1. The wait time has never been over a 25min mark in my experience, from start time of appointment. 2. The place is more than well up-kept; hygiene on ! 3. Staff is all kind & helpful where & when needed & offer great suggestions & tips. 4. The attending doctors/dentists are always caring, beyond helpful with any issue & have great bedside manner. 5. This location does indeed tend to adults as well apart from just children, in case that wasn't noted elsewhere! 6. My services here have consisted of routine cleaning, checkups & cavity work. All have come out superb.

When I made an appointment, I was told that they accept my insurance and they have a surgeon. When I came to the appointment, waiting for almost a week, I repeated that, most likely, I would have a tooth extraction. "Please do only what my insurance covers." After they took X-rays and put me in a chair, the doctor came and told me that my insurance did not cover tooth extraction. But I can pay without insurance. I am outraged, why was I misled initially? I wouldn't go to this clinic. I've been waiting for almost a week, it hurts to chew, and I have an inflamed lymph node. If I knew they wouldn't accept my insurance for tooth extraction, I wouldn't even go to this clinic.

The space is clean. Most doctors are kind and friendly. However, the place is highly unprofessional when it comes to treatment methods. It was obvious to me that the hospital is willing to extract additional profit at the expense of patients' time, money and long term health when it is not necessary. I had very negative experience with both my son and daughter at the hospital. Firstly, their doctors simply want to put your baby to sleep and have an easy job fixing their teeth, plus make extra dollars from sedation. Dr Kaufman insisted sedation was the only available treatment method for my 4-year old daughter's cavities (regular cavities, nothing too serious). He was very forward in trying to convince me that any doctor in Brooklyn would tell me the same thing. I refused. They made me pay $30 to simply take my daughter's X-rays to show them to another doctor. We had her cavities treated at a different place in two sessions without even using a laughing gas! Second, I suspect all of these fraud reports here may indeed be indicative of dishonest practices. No smoke without fire! We had to deal with unrecognized items in our bills at multiple occasions. On one occasion, we had to make 4 trips so they could just obtain an impression for my son's space maintainer. They kept saying they need to re-take it because of various issues. In summary, the hospital makes an appearance of a friendly and professional place but it fails badly at its single most important function, the actual treatment. Update post owner answer: This is hilarious. You are simply lying. As much as I wish I could sometimes be more combative, particularly in the situations like the one I encountered at your dentistry, it's simply against my humble nature to insult people. They say the "cover-up is worse than the crime". I was never dismissed from your clinic. After I transferred my daughter to a different dentistry, I kept walking my son to your clinic to take care of his space maintainers for months, just to have them maintained at the same place they were installed. Your absurd reaction only confirms all the negative reviews you've been receiving around the web. Although you must be too committed to deception and trickery by now, my piece of free advice to you is, just start to genuinely care about your patients/clients and the revenues will come.

Horrible experience. I made an initial appointment for cleaning about a year ago and I didn't have not one cavity. Less than a month later, I come in with pain and supposedly I have 3. I asked how come they didn't see it initially and three people told me three different answers. One of them said it was the hygienist fault and asked me for her name ( I didn't know it), the next person said cavities form quickly, and the last one said that the cavities look like they have been there for a while so she doesn't know what happened. Honestly, I wasn't going to argue with these people, I just wanted my tooth to stop hurting. I had to pay for laughing gas 3 times and supposedly while they were doing the procedure they found more cavities which meant more visits and money spent. My 6 month check up was close so I called to inquire if they accept my new insurance and the lady at the front desk is very nasty and hung up the phone on me. If I could rate 0 stars I really would. The dentist himself, Dr. Kauffman, is very friendly and was gentle when he worked on my teeth. He just needs to find employees who are capable of giving good customer service and who know what they are talking about. Do not go to this dental office, waste of time and money.

very bad doctor works, charges 1.5 thousand dollars for anesthesia. Another office made a filling for 150 dollars. 10 times more expensive anesthesia.

They scheduled my daughter's appointment for Tuesday at 3pm. I got a confirmation phone call from the receptionist and I also got a confirmation message and when I get to the office they tell me we are closed right now. Unbelievable. Won't be coming here again!! They wasted my time. Maybe the receptionists should get their schedule straight!!! Response to owners response: I have not been coming there for years! This was our second appointment for my daughter. We have only been there once! Get your information correct!!
