Here at Children's Dental FunZone your child is important to us. We are able to provide multiple avenues of care for your child. One option is the use of Intravenous (IV) Sedation. IV sedation is a form of anesthesia where a sedative medication is dispensed through the bloodstream during a patients treatment.

2nd time at this location. Long wait time, kids are not so patient specially at the dentist, and on an empty stomach which they requested. Next time they shouldn't overbook if they are making us wait 1hour 30 min. Our first time here they made me feel uncomfortable because the dentist was being rude in front us to his assistant, a lot of tension and very unprofessional.

Customer service skills are really great! I have yet to take my children in but, the lady who answered the phone i wish i could remember her name, Elizabeth I believe? not sure but she was great! answered all my questions and was very patient. I have yet to take my kids in but so far great experience.

Very very surprised on how well my daughter reacted here. Normally you can't go into a dentist office without them crying. They are really friendly and professional. Dr.Cruz was very professional and was even singing frozen songs while treating my daughter. My daughter was so calm and relaxed that they where able to finish everything in one day, so need for another visit. My daughter had a wonderful experience and they even gave her a toy. I highly recommend you take your child here. Due to Covid, you must wait outside until invited in. My only issue which isn't their fault is parking is very limited.

We had one of the worst experience ever!!! With DOCTOR PAZOOKI!!! Very unprofessional, no patience, senseless, very disappointed with Dr.Pazooki. My child went in for treatment, he said there was no need for anesthesia, and started drilling on my child's tooth. My child asked him to stop and he said "NO IT DOESN'T HURT, SO STOP YELLING!!!"I asked him If he can please stop because clearly my child is s crying and asking you to stop, but instead he yelled at me with anger and said "WELL IT DOESN'T HURT, I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU OR YOU CHILD TALKING ABOUT!!!" He was furious, with lots of anger. Very disappointed to see DR. PAZOOKI with rage specially dealing with a child, if he doesnt like working with children, Dr. Pazooki should definitely not work with children! My child is so frightened to go back to the dentist because of Dr. Pazooki.

Loving this place! Took my kids here to get checked out and the doctors and staff are so caring and kind. And most importantly my kids feel comfortable here as well. Dr. Matt the orthodontist is very knowledgeable and he could sense that my son was a little nervous and so he took the time to explain the whole process to him and they were best friends by the end of the appointment. I'm going to be starting my own braces with him the next time I come in!!

If I could give zero stars I would! Stay away this was my horrible experience; I called to make an appointment I waited about an hour before someone picked up just to put me on hold for another hour once they finally picked up they where rushed and rude I got an appointment for my toddler, I didn't think much of it until the appointment. I showed up to the appointment and upon arrive I give them the name and the appointment time; the girl at the door tells me that she can't find the name on the list so I show her the questioner they had sent me on text to fill out and the confirmation text messages they sent me the day before and the day of. She processed to telling me that she would put her name and check at the front desk; she comes back after 30 minutes and I ask what the wait time is, once again she says she will check and return. She never returns but another person comes out to tell me my daughters insurance was not valid, I tell her that it couldn't be possible because it's valid and that I had just taken her to her primary dental place ( a couple days before) but I was referred to them. She tells me to call and make a new appointment, I proceed to asking how much it would be out of pocket for her to get seen their and then she then tells me the price and I try to get her seen paying out of pocket but she basically tells me not to! She says to just call my insurance and come back. I had a bad gut feeling so once I arrived home I called the insurance and they tell me it's working perfectly and they don't understand why they would tell me that it wasn't. Over all they were not prepared, they were rude, and they lied to me saying her insurance didn't work just so she wouldn't get seen. They could have told me that they made a mistake and that they had to manny appointments or something but not lied to me. Overall they wasted my time, they gave me a very bad experience, and they lied I wouldn't recommend them for children at all!!!

Good service. Staff can be more friendly. They seem like they're always in a rush. Had an appointment and got seen an hour later, they also made us wait and extra 30 minutes just to be taken care of.

I have had a few issues with this place and its always with the people in front desk. Issue 1. I called this place maybe 9 times. I call even at different times and days to make sure I didn't call on lunch breaks. One time the phone was answer and they put me on hold for 30. So at that point I just hung up and called back. They quickly answered meaning they forgot I was on hold or they didn't care. When I told the lady on the phone that I was on hold for 30 min. She laughed and hung up. Issue 2 . One time I came in with appointment, and they said no appointment was scheduled when they clearly texted me for appointment reminder. So they took us in but waited 2 hours Issue 3. One time we went in for our appointment early in the morning. They ask to be there on time and and on empty stomach. So we where there 10 min early to make sure. But when we got there the sign at the door said they wouldn't open till another 30 min. I was upset, because may daughter was hungry and was nervous. And for them to schedule an appointment when they are not even open makes no sence. So once they open,front desk are laughing amongst each other coming in and out getting their coffee from that place next door. And taking their time we waited an hour to be seen and 40 min outside waiting for them to open. We live 20 min away from this place at this point I'm thinking of changing dentist. The only reason why I keep coming here is because the dentist do a great job with my daughters teeth.

I love this dentist. Staff is always friendly and helpful. There has been a few times i've needed a last minute appointment and they have always accommodated us. Thank you for taking great care of my babies.

Great experience. My son didn't get scared and felt comfortable during his procedure. They have tv's which helps distract the kids as well.
