Here at Children's Dental FunZone your child is important to us. We are able to provide multiple avenues of care for your child. One option is the use of Intravenous (IV) Sedation. IV sedation is a form of anesthesia where a sedative medication is dispensed through the bloodstream during a patients treatment.

I've been taking both my boys to Children's Dental Fun Zone since I moved to Rialto. My personal experience has always been great. Staff is friendly and welcoming; always professional. Even during the pandemic they were quick in rescheduling and following guidelines for safety. Overall very satisfied with this dentistry.

I was so excited to finally get my 11 yr old seen by a specialist in this office I drove over 1 hour 10 min away my daughter missed school all to say she can't be seen due to the tooth that needed work. Due to the incompetent representative who I made the appt with and stated exactly what was needed on the referral I not only wasted my time going and coming back home but the gas I wasted and the inconvenience of scheduling my day around this appt. I would give this office a 0 but the office manager was sincere and apologetic and took full responsibility not that this changes the situation but she referred us to another office for another day which I am thankful but all this could have been avoided if the rep would have paid attention to what I was stating on the call and referred me to the correct place.

Loved, loved, loved the office! It was clean, the kiddos really enjoyed the fish tank and the tvs. Lol The staff seemed knowledgeable, helpful explaining all our options and insurance benefits as well as it was smooth. I hate going to a office that's in chaos and no one knows whats going on. Here it seemed like everyone had a job and knew what they were to do. Each time I had a question Jody got us the person that had the answers we needed and or answered what was asked. A friend recommended us go to this office since my older daughter is afraid of the dentist and I'm happy to report that she is looking forward to going back.

We went in around July to take my 3 year old daughter for a check up she needed a some treatment so they scheduled her for Late September.. time comes my daughter is sick so I needed to reschedule for 1st week of October. Someone calls to confirm the appointment which I confirmed and also asked "this will be for her treatment right?" Lady said no its a check up I said ok. I was confused but thought they had their reasoning and I'll find out at the appt. Appointment day comes I arrive front desk was super nice, we get called to back and the Dentist comes checks her, checks her file and says to me oh her teeth didn't get better you need to get her the treatment we recommend. I told her well your staff canceled treatment and scheduled her for a check up so that's on your end. She then says ok not a problem we can see if we can squeeze her in today. They send me back to waiting area where it all went downhill. Jessica calls me to her station and proceeds to tell me Dr recommend this and that and says it will be 350 for a crown for your daughter's front tooth so I said oh no I can't do that right now ill wait and we can do the back filling for her. Jessica looks at me and says so you're refusing treatment I said no im not she said ok so we'll put the silver crown, so I said absolutely not. I proceeded to tell her I had this convo with the dentist today and the last time we were here and Jessica Said what last time I don't see anything on your daughters file. Like what?!?! So I told her ok let's just schedule her back tooth filling and she proceeded to tell me it doesn't work like that and if I can't pay the 350 for my 3 year olds front tooth they'll put a silver one. I will not return here . This place thinks they are gonna tell me what there gonna do to my kid without my permission. No thank you. Jessica needs some customer service skills she's rude and very disrespectful. I don't like to cause a scene so I just left but how dare her try to force something on me when I clearly don't want my daughter to have a silver tooth so rather wait until I have money and just focus on the other procedure for now. Honestly procedure discussion should be handled by professionals not a dental receptionist. Filing a complaint with BBB

I have gone to three different dentist and my child would just not let himself be seen, It came to a point where they did a referral for him to put him to sleep so he can get treatment done I definitely did not want my four-year-old to be put to sleep, But then I found children's dental fun zone and my son absolutely loved it it's such a kid friendly environment, The staff was absolutely amazing my son let himself get all the work done absolutely grateful for the whole team! Very friendly and amazing team they have absolutely a 100 times will recommend to give it a try!

Really nice and friendly staff, dentist and techs were great. Very cute and friendly environment to be at, the rooms were tight and only separated by a sheet (like in a hospital, just lot smaller), but still friendly with a tv in each "room" , we watched the new movie lighyear as dentist finished up with another patient. If you don't mind small "rooms", I'd really recommend this place

Love this dentist for my kids. Always so nice and informative. My son had to have an extraction on 2 teeth and a filling done and they did so awesome and my son was happy with no pain and toys at the end great place for kids
