This place is AMAZING. Ms. Kelsey is the absolute best. My 10yr old has very high anxiety but Ms. Kelsey is so great with her that I dont even have to go to the back with my daughter. The entire staff there are wonderful. They are, hands down, the friendliest and most accommodating childrens dentist we have ever been to. She has been going there since she was 2 or 3 and we've never had a problem or bad experience. They really do care about the children and making them comfortable. Ms. Kelsey, thank you for being so great with my daughter. Thank all of you for making my girl feel so comfortable and welcome !

We started going to Children's Dental Cottage earlier this year and they have been nothing short of amazing. Mrs. Kelsey is so sweet and her bed side manner is ver professional give her patients a calming and caring experience. My little girl (age 3) loves going to see Dr. Vo and her team. As we know most dentist offices can be scary for younger kids but mine absolutely loves it! I will recommend them to anyone.

Love, love , love Childrens dental cottage in madisonville! Dr Vo and her assistants are so patient, gentle and sweet! Everything you'd hope for and want in a pediatric dentist for your child!

First Appointment! The Dental Cottage did such an amazing job with our baby girl! They provided a safe and clean environment and were patient with our little busy bee! They were very knowledgeable about her needs! Her dentist was excellent! I would recommend them to anyone!

Our visits at the Children's Dental Cottage are and have always been wonderful experiences. My son has some dental nervousness, and Dr. Vo and her staff have been great at helping him have successful treatments and cleanings. We are so thankful for the kindness, professionalism, and Dr. Vo's patience and willingness to answer any and all questions and address all concerns! We travel from a neighboring town- so worth it! Highly recommend!

Let me start off by saying, I have never in my life left a negative review for anything, but they take the cake of Horrible, terrible, no good, very bad service. They lie and use creative billing to over charge and take all of your money. Don't believe anything they have to say. My first dealing was a few months back where they lied about an appointment time, said my 3 year old had to wait till after 1 for his fasting appointment after guaranteeing me when I paid $1526 that he would have the first appointment of the day. After I asked for a refund they all of a sudden had an opening for the start of the day. Then after paying another chunk of change the day of his appointment, they didn't even wait for him to wake up from anesthesia before telling us to leave (and he was having an anesthesia side effect of sever shivering, but they pushed us out the door). Now I'm being called 4 months later saying I owe another $345 after they have already been paid over $3,100. I have all my bills and that doesn't add up. They couldn't even explain it properly, I had my calculator and added it all up and their numbers just don't match. We will NEVER EVER go back. Save your money and frustration and go somewhere else. This place is full of lies and all about the money. They put on a nice front but deep down they do not care.

I love the two doctors and most of the staff. But Lillian is horrible. I've had so many issues with her. I love The atmosphere inside with the decor! Update: because of my review, they declined services to my children and canceled a scheduled surgery that I'd already paid for.

I went to do my review and looked at the previous review to see clearly I am not the only person who has an issue with Lillian! They clearly need someone who has better communication on billing/insurance to be the lead on these sensitive issues. When you pay over $700 for some teeth filling on your child's baby teeth you don't anticipate being billed another $300 when you paid what you were quoted. Will NEVER bring either of my children here again because of the lack of professionalism.

My children have been seeing Dr. Vo from the very beginning. Very nice dentist, however, the staff and their random policies are ridiculous! Sometimes you call you get very friendly receptionists and other times they can be a little snappy. I was told my children missed appointments that I was not aware they had despite my phone number being incorrect in the system and me never receiving any form of notification. (I never have this issue with any of their other doctors. I am very punctual and organized.) I was told I would have to call back every day to see if there are any cancellations in order to make an appointment. This is nowhere in the policy and most establishments will just charge a cancellation fee. What was more frustrating was the simple fact I was never aware of any missed appointments nor was this mentioned at the previous appointment attended of any prior missed appointment. (Never received a sorry we missed you card, phone call, or card notification in the mail.) The only appointment missed was actually an appointment cancelled by their office because of frozen pipes. Which was actually a huge inconvenience to me. Just a very frustrating experience and I feel I would prefer to take my services where my children can receive consistent treatment and I as a parent receive consistent customer service. There are better establishments out there.

I really have had great experiences here with the dentist and and other staff, but today when we called to reschedule an appointment I was treated pretty badly by a woman named Lillian. My husband intitally called to reschedule but was told that he could not. Thinking there was some miscommunication, I called to clarify that my son is sick so he cannot make his appointment that we scheduled 6 months ago. Lillian basically accused me and my husband of lying and implied some other pretty insulting things. She would not allow me to reschedule. We take him every six months to have a cleaning and I was treated as if I was a bad mother because I didn't want my son to go to the dentist while he is vomiting. I will have to find a new dentist unfortunately, it has nothing to do with dr. Vo.
