Dr. Todd R. Hoeppner, DDS of Children's Dental Center Of Mason City is a native of Cedar Rapids, IA. He received his dental degree along with his certificate in pediatric dentistry from the University of Iowa and is an adjunct associate professor at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry.

My son was beyond scared to even have a regular exam after having crowns put on at this place on 2 separate occasions. But, as I was sitting there trying to comfort my terrified child just for a regular cleaning/exam, it seemed everyone was too busy in the hallway making a Tiktok, I saw phones, they were talking about who was going to be in the video and where. I could not believe what I was seeing and hearing. SERIOUSLY!?!? My child is shaking scared and you're in the hallway making a video. I left. This is completely ridiculous and unforgivable on my child's behalf. NOPE!

I never thought my kids would love going to the dentist so much...have gone here for years and not a single complaint! Everyone in their office is AMAZING!!! If I could give higher than a 5 star I definitely would

A wonderful place, Dr.Todd is wonderful, caring, and makes sure he explains everything throughly and answers your questions. The Staff is very sweet. All in all best children Dentistry I have ever seen or been to.

Extremely unhappy. Would not reccomend at all! Drove over an hour for my son to get care for a few years.... then had an emergency on a Friday and was told to wait until Tuesday after Memorial Day... even after Dr seen the pictures. We ended up in the ER that Friday night because son couldn't close his mouth or eat. Huge ER bill and a kid in pain for hours!

Dr. Todd and staff are WONDERFUL! My daughter went in feeling very overwhelmed and scared knowing that she was getting teeth extracted. She came out with a smile!! Even now she says, "I didn't even know they pulled them. It doesn't even hurt!" Thank you, Dr. Todd, for being so caring and gentle with our girls.

Dr. Todd has been a SERIOUS God-Send for us and our Son. At the age of 5 our son was traumatized by another Dentist and would refuse to ever go to a dentist again- and he needed to Badly. After countless months of patience and perseverance with our stubborn/broken little boy, Dr.Todd & his Team were able to fix all our sons abcesses and cavaties --- He is a whole new kid and you can tell he feels soooo much better getting all that infection out of his mouth! Thank you Dr. Todd-- We really appreciate you!

We love the Children's dentistry! They are always friendly with the children and parents. Dr Todd is really great at explaining everything and makes it fun for the kid. Highly recommend!
