Fantastic experience. The hygienist (Colleen) and Dr. Cece were extremely helpful and very kind, putting my two year old son at ease immediately. It was a great first visit!

Called ahead to inform of running late, was told it was ok and to come in, was turned around when I arrived 15mins late as stated, and told they had to keep up with scheduling even though I literally called to avoid the unnecessary trip,.. if I would in fact be turned around really unprofessional and false promises that are not kept ...

Great staff and environment. My son always seems completely at ease during his office visits. You can tell they all genuinely care about their patients and long term dental health. :)

My 18 month old son had a fall that caused major trauma to his teeth. Dr. Tony saw us in less than 24 hours and was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and confident in his care. Ashley was also so amazing with my son and had such great energy! It was a great first experience!

Staff is very friendly and office is well kept and clean! I brought my 1 year old and 3 year old in and both the dentist and hygienist were patient and understanding. They did a great job of making the experience for my kids a fun one and not anything to be afraid of! Highly recommend!

We have been at Children's Dental Center for a few years now. Our experiences have been very consistent, and not great, over the years. Dr Tony is a competent physician, that is the reason we continue bringing our children there. However, it does not have the feel of a friendly, kind, children's facility. We have never been greeted with a smile or friendly greeting. You are asked to pay before any services given that day (or are even greeted). The hygienists are friendly with the kids. Dr Tony is also friendly with the kids, but arrogant with the parents. The services in regard to paperwork and billing for procedures are a mess and require much follow up on the customers end. Appointment reminders are inconsistent. Today my 3 year old asked politely for a toothbrush after a minor procedure and was told that he could not have one because it was not a routine 6 month appointment. This is after our family has literally given this business tens of thousands of dollars! I feel this business gets a lot of great reviews, due to Dr Tony's skills. I have asked around over the past few years, wondering if it is just me. I have received feedback from several other parents that they have the same impressions as me. The business itself could show improvement in many areas.

Our visit today was amazing! The staff took very good care of our 2 small children - the experience was positive, personal and very fun our kids will never have a bad associate with dentistry as long as Dr. CeeCee and her staff are caring for us

I was looking for a dentist to bring my 4 year old son to for the first time and had received recommendations from a friend about this place. I could not have been more pleased with our experience. Our hygienist made my son feel so comfortable, explaining each step of the process. We saw Dr. Cecelia and she was wonderful as well. We did have to wait for a period of time between our cleaning and seeing the dentist but my son happily played with his "goodie" bag while waiting and had no fear with the dentist after his not-so-scary cleaning. Highly recommend!

My son had his first dentist appointment today (he's 19 months old) & did great with Dr. Tony & hygienist Ashley. Would highly recommend! It was a great first experience for him and I learned a lot. They really do a wonderful job with children and was beyond what I would have ever expected.

I brought my grandson in today and I just cannot say enough great things of this caring and supportive staff. Colleen was amazing on so many levels.. I didn't catch everyone's name,, but they ALL did an extraordinary job in quieting nerves and offered a measure of comfort that is bar none. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!

Dr.CiCi was unpatient with my daughter , she almost kicked us out of the clinic. She eventually started making up things so we don't come back to the clinic. At the end she insisted to give my daughter anesthesia when she does filling for her teeth because she doesn't want to tolerate her moving or crying she is not experienced enough to take care of children. They promised to call back for a treatment plan but nobody called and now we have to drive an hour to take my daughter to another clinic for my daughter to get treated. I don't recommend this clinic to anybody they are the worst place and the worst staff' my daughter cries every time I mention Dr. CiCi in front of her and tells me "I don't like this doctor Mom don't take me back please."

DO NOT GO HERE! Or get a second opinion before receiving any treatment. We saw Dr. Tony and his assistant Jenna. Both were incredibly nice and great with my 6 year old daughter. We went in because my daughter had 4 cavities that needed to be treated, 2 of which were pretty deep. My regular dentist doesn't do anything that requires numbing on kids, so she sent us here. Dr. Tony looked at the x-rays our dentist had sent over (who suggested 2 fillings and possibly two crowns) and said my daughter would need 2 teeth extracted, 2 fillings, then found an additional cavity on another tooth (based on the x-rays that were sent to him by my dentist, not any new x-rays) which he thought also needed a crown. He said the best option to do this would be at the hospital under general anesthesia. All of this was discussed in front of my very anxious child, who became really nervous when the hospital was mentioned. My mom instincts kicked in and I was very uncomfortable with this option. When I asked what else could be done, Dr. Tony and his assistant started really discouraging other options saying it would be at least 4 different visits, and probably more traumatic for my daughter. I was given papers to sign (nothing explained in detail as I was expected to sign them) and was told a date for the hospital would be set up as well as a pre-op appointment with my daughter's doctor. Again, I felt really uneasy about everything. I got a second opinion from a different dentist. She took an hour to look at the x-rays, took 1 new x-ray on the newly identified tooth that supposedly needed a crown, then took me into a separate room to explain treatment options while her assistant kept my daughter entertained. Her recommendations - she could perform everything in office in 2 visits with sedation and novacaine, NONE of the teeth needed to be extracted, NONE would need crowns. She showed me her x-ray and pointed out a very, very small cavity that could easily be filled. She explained her procedures to me and how she approaches some of the potentially scary stuff Overall, her staff was so gentle and caring and it really felt like she had my daughter's best interest in mind. My daughter left there all smiles and giggles. In the meantime, the Children's Dental Center called me back with an estimate for all the work they wanted to do on my daughter's teeth. (About $1,700 out of pocket - and I have really amazing dental coverage!) I asked if they would email me their treatment plan. Wouldn't you know it, they had two more teeth marked for fillings that HAD NEVER EVEN BEEN X-RAYED! I don't know what kind of a place would do this and I feel incredibly bad for all of the poor kids who have been subjected to unnecessary and painful procedures. I will not be taking my daughter back to this place, we're very happy with the new dentist we found. Please do your research if you are referred to this place! I'm so glad I went with my gut and got a second opinion.
