My son had an appointment here and 30 minutes before the appointment they send me a text that says bring your insurance cards to verify your insurance. I get there and tell the front desk that my son only has one insurance. She said well we can't see him today because the insurance website says he has another insurance. Mind you, I waited 2 months for this appointment and had to take off work. I called the insurance and they are fixing the issue but they said they still should have seen him. They refused to see my child even though he has active insurance. This place is very unprofessional. Stay away.

We love this Dental office! Our daughter has been going to see Dentist Cher since 2 yrs old. Everyone is super friendly and they make her feel so special and happy to visit the dentist. Dental hygentist Tara is our fav and she forms a special connection to the kids! Highly recommend!

Love the service, but waiting time is about an an hr so expect to wait and be at for office for about 2 hrs or more.

The hygienist who took care of my daughter today was awesome. Very thorough and explained everything in detail. She even scheduled my next appointment and printed out doctor's note which is usually given from the front desk. The receptionist was very kind as well. The dentist who examined my daughter was very thorough, yet efficient with time.

I reviewed this place years ago and it's no longer posted I would never take my child somewhere that doesn't allow you to be in the room ever again! When I was in the room for a cleaning here, my child said ouch when the hygienist put the fluoride tray treatment in her mouth and she was told to "stop being such a baby" she was 9 years old... it took everything in me not to scream and make a scene and walk out right then! We never went back! I only hope this practice has since terminated any employees that don't have empathy for children, but where I moved her to allows me in the treatment room, and they have just been so amazing with her dental care ever since!

Don't bother trying to schedule an appointment from their website. I scheduled appointments for my kids, spent 45 minutes filling out all the paperwork, and received both text confirmations and email confirmations of my CONFIRMED appointment. Luckily I had a question and called their office. They informed me that appointments on their website don't work and they have no record of my appointment and won't be able to see my kids for months. When I asked why if they know the appointment scheduling tool on their website doesn't work why would they allow people to continue to make appointments on it? The receptionist responded "its not their problem as it's corporate and if I don't like it I can complain to them". Very unprofessional and not a way to run a business. I am annoyed that I wasted all that time filling out their paperwork and had re-arranged our work schedules to accommodate the appointment; however, it would have been much worse if I hadn't called and gone there in person to have been turned away. I'll find somewhere else to take my kids that has better office management and customer service.

Dr. Townsel is Amazing.She is great at what she does .She is very kind and welcoming. She extracted my tooth with ease. I was really taken care of. The staff at children's dental is amazing. Thank you... I recommend 100%

Today was our first time here and the check in process was super easy, we were called back before I was even able to finish the registration and they got started right away. The nurse was very friendly and had great banter with my kids (ages 3 & 11) My son is autistic and the nurse & doctor both handled him with care! Overall couldn't be more satisfied! Would absolutely recommend and my kids are more excited than ever to go back to the dentist

Best dental experience I have ever had! Going to the dentist gives me EXTREME anxiety.. to the point that I avoid it at all costs. But after 2 minutes of talking to Tara I was totally relaxed. Her and Myra did the BEST job cleaning my teeth, they look amazing. And Tara- I mean, she should get a raise. Really. 20/10. Outstanding. Absolutely elite. Doing God's work.
