Dr. Kimberly Rosser Carr is a native of Birmingham Alabama where she graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1991. She received her dental degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 1994. After completing dental school Dr. Carr completed a residency program at the UAB School of Dentistry receiving her certification and Master's Degree in pediatric dentistry in 1997.
Dr. Carr has practiced in the Birmingham community since 1997. In addition to her private practice Dr. Carr maintains a part time faculty position with the UAB School of Dentistry as clinical instructor at the Children's of Alabama Hospital. She also has a a partnership with Children's Rehabilitative Services as a dental provider.
Dr. Carr holds membership in several professional organizations including: American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Alabama Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Birmingham Pediatric Dentistry Association, Alabama State Dental Society and the National Dental Association.
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Financial ArrangementsWe will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment your child needs. For patients who require major work, we partner with CareCredit to provide a complete payment plan designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, VISA, MasterCard, DiscoverCard, and AMEX.

We've been driving 30 minutes for 10 years. I asked my kids if they want to find someone closer. They said NO, we love this dentist! That and professionalism is good enough for me to to stay with Dr. Carr. And she is really good with difficult children, ( that's how we ended up with her in a first place).

Love the environment at this most family friendly establishment!! The staff are always exceptional nice...could simply sop Dr. Carr with a biscuit!! My daughters have been going there since they've had teeth and now both are in college!!!

Dr. Carr has been a blessing to my 4 girls. She has been our pediatric dental care provider for 25+ years and now my grandbaby. She has been very professional she has trained many students in her field and they have all been very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend her services to Anyone who needs dental care for their children. Thank you Dr. Carr and your staff!!!

Dr. Carr is super sweet ! My daughter starts to cry and panic once the chair leans back...every time. Dr. Carr is always so patient and talks her through everything she's doing (even if my daughter isn't wanting to hear it) She makes sure to keep parents informed on what is going on and what your options are. I would recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Carr since I was born/old enough to have dental appointments. I am now 22, a college graduate and was told I could come back for one last appointment in September. I have been calling for weeks and finally had time to drive to the location today and it appears the building has been sold and has been emptied out. I have not, nor has my brother, who is still a patient as well, received any correspondence about a new location or how to obtain our dental records. There is no news article or info online. Very unprofessional and just crazy. How will I retrieve my information for the last 22 years and why not inform your patients?!
