My kids love them and so do I. All the staff from front desk-assistants-doctors are amazing. They are all patient and so kind with the kids. The train theme is super cute, also the ocean office. I appreciate how they reassure the children before starting any dental work. Love love love this placeeee.

Honestly all the negative reviews are weird to me. From the moment I walked in the ladies at the front desk were so sweet and professional! The dental assistants were really understanding that it was my son's first time and needed a private room to not be so scared. I love this place for my son!

Exceptional service! My toddler loved her visits. I must say that children dental care takes pride in your kids oral hygiene and decides what is best for your child...I would recommend any and everyone to Children dental care.. Because my daughter's experience surpassed my expectations.

Dentists here are incompetent and don't know how to work with children. My son is 3 years old, had a cavity that needed to be capped. The dentist worked on his mouth on 3 separate occasions but never even finished treatment because she said he was too overwhelmed in the dental chair. I told her my son was complaining about tooth pain that kept him up all night. She still was not skilled enough to work with a 3 year old to sit still while she completed treatment. She rescheduled him 3 different times and guess what? I'm up at 1am in the morning because my son is up crying with tooth pain, we just visited the dentist yesterday morning which was a complete waste of time. I will be finding another dentist who can actually do their job.

I like going to this place because a kind beautiful lady with raspy voice and green emerald eyes does my braces and I think she's attractive and I want to know her name please because she is fine and gorgeous, eveytime she looks into my eyes I look away instantly because I fold so hard, I have w rizz sometimes but mostly im nervous, this may seem weird but idgaf tbh. Thank you please tell me her name she is my future wife Thank you, xoxo green eyed girl.

Is it normal to ask me to bring my child in pajamas with a zipper top and nothing underneath? These people are creeps. DO NOT BRING YOURNCHILD HERE. When I told them I was not comfortable putt8ng my child to sleep they said too bad that's how we do it. And they weren't allowing me to be in the room either. Super rude, sketchy and a place I do not trust would never trust

The worst clinic ever. My friend when to clinic and had a surgery scheduled to remove her child's teeth and then the parents called to cancel the appointment because the child was sick, coughing and had a runny nose. The clinic refused to cancel the appointment and said that they need to get a covid test done and If it's negative then they don't have a right to cancel the appointment. Parents said covid or not they're not consenting to putting their child under anesthesia while the child is already sick.. the clinic threatened to call child protective services and have their kids taken away because they're refusing to allow their SICK child to get surgery

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Terrible customer service. Girls who answer the phone are rude and lie to you about scheduling an appointment because they are rushing off to do NOTHING. After reading other bad reviews I still decided to give it a try. But NOPE! Listen to the bad reviews. These people just give a BAD VIBE like they don't care about what they do. Just trynna get through the day and collect their paycheck

Daughter was traumatized after leaving the closed door examining room in this office. We both were warned by the dentist and a staff member not to speak of the experience. However, concern for other families has given us courage to speak up.

Front desk girls were not friendly for we were visiting there I'm Asian but one of Asian dentist (his name Kenny I was not sure ) was yelling at me in front of nurses because I disagreed he wanted take 5-6 teeth off at the same time of my 6yrs old boy AND he ended up took only 2 off crowned 3 Soooo I was right because I know my boy better than them How do you feel when a dentist want to take off 6 teeth off of your 6 yrs of age child at the same day

I called this afternoon to schedule a new patient appointment for my daughter. I think it was a Clara or kara that answered. She sounded very irritated. She had difficulty hearing me on the phone and kept sighing loud into the phone. At the end she mumbled something and hung up the phone. I'm in the medical field and first impressions are important. Definitely won't pursue trying to get an appointment here.

Because of a same day cancelation they told me my daughter could no longer come here. She's been at this same dentist for 8 years. Sad to go. Great children's dentistry.

This is my second time going there and after my experience yesterday I will not be going back. My son had to get some dental work done, I get it he's 5 yrs but the way they made it feel like we were just number. I don't like that they were in such a rush because they are so busy and I am pretty positive that the dentist was such in a rush that my son was not numb enough during his procedure. I have had many dental experiences myself and instead of worrying all about getting done quickly to get to the next person you should really think about the patient you are with. Horrible. If you are working with kids be patient.

I am sharing cause my daughter called and left a voice mail saying she have to change my granddaughter surgery cause she didn't have two adults and ride she called again this morning the lady was so rude to her made her cry and said you come or don't no passion at all just downright rude she told them that she left a message lady said sure you did didn't help her change it or not she said you should figure it out I told my daughter not good customer service at all I do not recommend this dentist the ladies are just rude thanks

This is place dont even care how are you feeling. i am 9 months pregnant my son had appoitment at this place but the night before i was in hospital with pain so i totaly forgot about appoitment .so they called me and told me we missed you for the appoitment and i explained them what happen but they told me from now on we wont be able to see anymore other family members also my son . So arent you guys supposed to understant the situation that i was in. Very disappointed

Social distancing IS NOT enforced .This dental Clinic should be invvestigate over COVID-19 safety violation. Too many kids being sseing at the same time .
