New patient experience is not a "wow" factor, the initial phone call was ok, scheduled an appointment same day(good service, the only plus), upon checking in I signed new patient paperwork, however I did not sign the "mandatory" $50 agreement for missed appointment (I am not a patient to flake any appointments) and was told that my son would not be able to be seen. (Keep in mind my son face planted and was swollen on the lower right side and they knew that as I had expressed it). I was going based off the 5 star rating on google, but definitely not a 5 star, def. 1 .

I love Dr.Tay. She has always been the dentist of my 5 kids. My little girl she was terrified from dentists and she never sit on the chair crying and screaming all the time. Dr Tay with all her patience she made my daughter love visiting her clinic. No more Drama to visit the dentist. My daughter likes to go to visit her and undergo any dental process without crying or screaming. She's a great doctor , the stuff are very friendly and everything is great at their clinic. I highly recommend her.

Dr Tay was very nice and understanding, my daughter wasn't very cooperative but she didn't push her or hold her down and I really appreciated that. She wanted to have a nice experience and maybe next time she lets her self. Thank you.

Worst dentist clinic ever .. always they cancel the appointment.. last experience with them was very bad We have confirmed appointment.. then when we went .. they said there is no appointment and we have to wait about an hour to go in ... They don't respect the patients... useless

My son had an amazing first time at this office! He didnt cry at all and was so amazed by the bouncy ball he received after his visit. Dr.Patty was super informative and kind! Front staff was friendly and also helped me capture the moment on camera. Best place ever

The staff at Children's Dental Camp are the best. Will totally go the extra mile to make sure your little one enjoys their time at the dentist. My little one didn't want to go and they made it so fun that she is excited to come back. Totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a children's dentist.

We love Children's Dental Camp!! My son has had so much trauma being in and out of Drs offices since 8 months old! Every time the dental assistant Christina is AMAZING! She talks my son through every and she makes him feel comfortable and safe. It makes the experience so much better for everyone involved. 10/10 would recommend to every mama!!!
